Life revolves around time. Time is always passing; minutes, seconds, days and hours befall. Our lives are so twisted around time it is unbelieveable. 24 hours in a day, to get paid for work, when the bell rings for the next class, how far it is to get to your destination, never enough time in summer vacation; all are just a few examples. I have always had a problem with time. I procrastinate although I do manage it as welll as I can. And time inspires me; to write and to draw. And this character is simple, as is time; but very complex, as is time. This wonderful fae is a simple beauty and a magnificent character. This girl inspires me and my heart sings out to her.
History/Background/Other:
Crying, screaming, pleading. Torture. It pierced and overwhelmed her ears in a tidal wave. Turning away from the noise that came from the hill, the fae started to pad towards the inner city. Lights blinked at her as she passed, and the silent streets turned their ears to listen to her footsteps. It was the Day of the Call; every three months the citizens in each town, city and village were lined up and called. Down the list, everyone's name was called, well those who were safe. Those who weren't called were sentenced, to The Hill. The Hill was no ordinary hill; upon it sat what many call Hunt Hill. There was no escaping it, it was your fate. If you ran, if you hid; they would find you and kill you themselves.
