Well, Willow says anyone who got one yesterday cant get one, but I was wondering since they werent released yesterday it might not apply anymores? :3

Yesterday Willow explained that if the Chinese Charloos were being released, then no one who got an animal charloo or who got a new years charloo would be able to get one.

But since they are being released today or tomorrow; it may exempt those who received charloos yesterday, since I guess Willow wanted to give those who haven't gotten any in the past 2 days to be able to get one :3

Tell me if I quoted Willow incorrectly; I didn't know which page she posted on and so I couldn't get a full look at her post.
