ooooohhhh i like her Scamps!i need to do my blue roan soooooon,but idk how to make a good looking roan coat

Blue roan coats? Well, for Ripple(Toppy's blue roan)
-I colored him on Photoshop CS3.

-Set down a base color - a light blue.

-Then take a medium blue(not TOO dark!) and use a round scatter brush to spread spots around. Continue to sweep back and forth between the light blue and medium blue until it look like you want.

-Now, take an even darker blue, almost black, and set Opacity and Flow to 30%, select the fuzzy star-like brush, and click about until it looks like you want. ^^

-For white splotches, use the same method as with the dark blue, just make each click closer together so that it's more of a splotch than a spot. =)

Completed result. ;D

buckskins are easy to do put any goldish color for the bace, color in the points in black or brown and add the dorsel stripe and add in any other markings

Well I would like to try on my own No offence, its not that I sont like your buckskins (I love your buckskins) but I would like to know how to make them for future refernce. Thanks for the offer.

Chrissy: xD Okays, so you start with a nice buckskin color. A tan-cream yo could say!

Take the airbrush(on the oekaki) and take lighter tones just a tiny but lighter and make a few little dapples on the coat. Do the same with the dark. Make sure the airbrush opacity isn't too high! Set it to your preferences.

Now, take a deep deep gray-brown,no complete black because it will look weird on oekaki, and color just a little above with the dark gray-brown. Color the same for the mane and tail. Take the airbrush, make the gray brown a little lighter, and make the muzzle dark. There you go! Blazes and socks can be added to your preference.

you forgot the dorsile stripe that all buckskins have.... its not a bucky with out the stripe
