@ SunRise*SunSet, how do you get the transparent background? is that something on GIMP?

First, when making your linearts, go to Layer>Transparency>Add Alpha Channel. Then you use an eraser and erase the backgroung until you can see the alpha channel. Then you draw your lineart and save it as a PNG file. (It doesn't save layers, so you need to finish all work before closing.)
In your case, go to Layer>Transperancy>Add Alpha Channel and then erase AROUND your lineart. Believe me, I know it's painstaking, but you need to do it if you are going to have transparency.
