Question if snow blossom breeds with a male do I get a kid with no cool down or do I have to adopt normally? Also is the current breeding pare raindomly picked? Or is there a form to fill out later on?

cooldowns still apply to users who own Tynines that were chosen to breed. So yes, you would still have to wait.
I have not finalized any plans for select breedings, so for the time being Tynines are chosen at random to breed. However, that is a future plan that I hope to bring in soon.
