I'm still slightly confused what you're asking, if you mean that they have an auction in CA, can you bid in CS pets? That's not allowed, you would need to put CA in their bank in order to participate, otherwise it's unfair if you can cancel if you don't win.

If they have an auction in CS pets, and you have CA with them? That's up to them if they want to allow it.

If you dont have a bank with them and they dont tell you that you need one in order to bid in their auction, than you most likely dont need one.
If all they want is CS Pet bids, just bid the CS Pets.
But if its a auction that requires CA than you do need a bank with that artist. Hope that helps.
