Since you chose Taupe, you cannot have it masking apricot tabby because Apricot Tabby is dominant and would mask Taupe. That list is of the colors that mask other colors. If you choose one of those colors you can specify which color you want it to be masking. This is only important for breeding purposes

Or did you want it to be a Apricot Tabby masking Taupe?
