Would you be amazed that I almost called my ice buck a failed experiment? I bet you would.

I think first off I would like to thank Kalisan for her story XD Sorry, Kalisan, I can't in good morals let you win since the rules are poems, but I read your story and I happen to be a Harry Potter fan so I just adored it XD It was fun reading.

As for who won the ice buck! I've gone over and over these poems (and over and over) and in the end I'm going to hand him over to Sachiko. That was such a hard decision because all your entries are amazing! And I know how hard it is for you guys to find words that rhyme <33 The meaning and experiences you put into your poems rule!

Haha sorry. Next time I'll write a poem I just didn't see it in the rules and I had already written a ton by the time I realized everyone else was writing poetry! *shrugs* But glad you enjoyed it. ^_^

I am very disappointed.
Seems like this needs to be brought up, which I didn't think I would have to but after a receiving a note about it there's only one thing to do.

When sending in a story or poem here, you man not ever use someone else's written text and claim it as your own.
There's copyright laws for a reason and these don't just go for music and photos/drawings, they wrap around stories and poems as well. Some may be fine with others using their art but some aren't.
It's impossible for me to keep track of every piece of story and/or poem out there on the internet, but with a few simple searches it's easy for anyone to find something to their taste.

Here in this thread it's absolutely not tolerated to use someone else's stories/poems and doing this will only lead to you getting banned for up to a year or even permanently banned.
Breaking the copyright law is a serious matter and if the owner of the art of any form finds out that someone is using this under their own copyright they can be sued.
As an artist myself I am harsh about this and won't let it slip if someone point it out.

This have happened which is why I'm bringing this up for all to read and remember.
I'll be sending a PM to the person in question in hopes to see what they have to say.
