★ Description of Entry: My entry is partially based off of the layers and shades of orange in some the rock formations that I saw on my road trip through Arizona and Utah during the beginning of the event!! I also took some inspiration from sunsets, as I have always loved sitting down to watch the sun set on summer nights 💙

★ Description of Entry: a lightly cracked seashell, carefully put back together and mended with molten gold. nevertheless, small pink flowers bloom along the cracks, softly threatening to reopen the mended areas. a string of ivy wraps around the entire shell, in a gentle embrace. the entire object gleams under the sun's watchful eye.

A split-colored shell with a vibrant pink, swirled bottom half, and a light brown top half with a waffle-like texture. For some reason, it makes you crave ice cream. In fact, if you turn it upside down, it looks oddly similar to soft-serve strawberry ice cream. ...Are you certain this is a seashell?
