Tracker Dog Application Series 20
Username:
Maddyoll
Tracker Dog you want:
#70
Name you'll give it:
Maria; because of her gentle and kind nature.
.:.
Height:
Aprox. 5'3" at most
Weight:
About 120 lbs.
Overall Size:
Your average size for a flying tracker, maybe a bit chubby but she is very graceful and we can change that ;D
Type of fur:
Short on top, with longer hair more towards her skin. It is very cold up there, so her fur also kind of acts like a jacket, and keeps her from getting too cold. Usually I brush her fur, but it is pretty good by itself.
Markings:
Maria has some gold and light blue markings on her back, with blue markings on her front legs. She has a blue and white ring around each toe, and beautiful golden markings on her wings.
Wings:
Somewhat transparent, and can fly her up to 100mph. She often likes to excersize them in the house. (It usually ends up with a bunch of broken glass and our small cottage wrecked.
Wingspan:
6 feet all the way across.

Reason why you want it:
I want Maria because...
Well lets just say I've never gotten a tracker before, after what? 5 applications? Then I was just too frustrated and sad to apply again. This time, I took all courage possible, and tried my best. Maria is one of the most beautiful trackers I have ever seen. She has glorious markings, and wings that seem to make her look like flying takes no effort at all. Her personality shows that Maria is very kind, but prefers to stay indoors, kind of like me. (Haha) She will be my first, and probabbly my favorite if I get any more, of my future trackers. I love her so much already, just by seeing her image up brightened up my day, before I realized somebody else could take her. Hence, my reason for applying. Anyway those are just a few reasons on why I want Maria. (I tried to make this as short as possible to keep you from reading a novel about me rambling on and on about her xD)
.:.
Will it be used in any kind of story?
Ohh yes, probably even in her own series, and in quite a few fanfictions xD
Describe its personality:
Maria is a kind-hearted soul with the often temptation of being mischevious. Maria often likes to fly, but she prefers staying inside over spending her time playing outside. Maria is pretty curious, and for that reason I need to keep close watch on her. Maria likes to mess with the weather, she has a special gift in order to guarantee a care-free flight. Maria likes to mess with the weather, but I soon found out that she is terrified of thunderstorms, often ending up with a wet, muddy, certain tracker on top of me on the floor or sofa. Maria often likes to prance around the forest, showing off the amazing markings on her wings. Maria often thinks about her life before becoming somebody's tracker dog, and wishes she could have done better. She has never really been the over-achiever in training. She often regrets that. She usually feels best when in the air. She may not be able to see color, but she knows it is beautiful. Maria soars through the skies, and I built on an extra room into our now two-story cottage. The top floor is where she can express her enotions without judgement, and where she likes to stay to think about things. She is the most deep tracker I have ever met, and though she can't talk, she always seems to know what to say.

Write an introduction for your Tracker:
*giggles*
"You know Maria, you should really be more careful!"
Maria had been messing around all morning, trying to weave through the clouds, and purposely creating more clouds just to dissapear in. I would want to fly with her, but she is a bit, well, how should I put this? Unstable when flying with somebody on her back. I have often given in to her wants of me trying again, which it looked like it was about to happen now. I honestly did enjoy it, though. It was an unbelieveable sensation of, just, awesomeness! I secretly loved when she does what she is attempting now, picking me up by ramming into the back of my legs which ends with me flying onto her back, and then literally flying through the air. Today was different though, I could tell.
"Maria? Maria?! Oh cr-"
*Thump!*
Maria had landed on top of me, just as the first crack of thunder hit the ground. She is usually able to keep bad weather away, but she is terrified of thunder storms ever since she almost got hit by lightning. She was just a pup learning to control her gift then, but she is still scared now, though she has long since learned to control herself.
I stroked Maria's short fur lovingly, knowing that "she will be fine in an hour".
You see, I met Maria in kind of an odd way. You see, Maria wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, but it worked.

"No. Muh-wee-uh"
I was about 3 when I got Maria. Maria wasn't what I came for, though. My dad had just landed a new job when we moved here in a training facility. We just came to pick up his paperwork, and me and my mom were looking through the trackers they had. I remember my mom saying about how they "aren't dogs! They are trackers!" and I remember seeing this pretty little puppy, showing off to all of her friends. My mom had picked a few up and were reading name tags. "Y'know hon" mom said, "We can proabably get one if you want." I immediatly burst with happiness as my dad came in, looking a bit sick. "Y-yeah hon, go p-pick one out." he said weakly. My dad often experimented with the trackers, but today he sounded quite odd.
Whatever the case, I ran over to look at them again. I wanted one named Isabella, but she bit me within 5 seconds of playing with her. The only gentle one was a small pup that ttried to fly, but usually just ended up crashing into the wall. Well, the cage was quite small. I looked at the small pup and stared at it's name tag. 'Muh-wee-uh!"
I stared at Maria and looked at her crown. Maria had been running low on energy, and therefore thunderstorms appeared these days more often than ever. I wonder if there is a way to fix this? I said to myself. Maria stared at me, as if expecting something. "Maria" I said softly, knowing what she meant, "I have no idea."
