Are you banned anywhere?-->
Say what now? c: No, I have not been banned
anywhere nor have I gained any kind of strike
or other negative mark.
Have you worked at any other agencies?
If so, where?-->
Yes ma'am c:
I run Firi Okan Adoptables
and work as a mod in the up and coming
Pleistocene Cats
Someone has been caught stealing our designs
and selling them offsite, what do you do?-->
I would first politely contact them and make sure they are
awear of the theft and if they kindly remove any stolen
images let them off with a warning though if they persist
that the images are their's or refuse to remove them report
them to the CS staff as well as you to let final judgment be up
to you on what happens to them.
A new adopter is frequently spamming and
asking questions that can be answered on the front page,
what do you do?-->
Kindly direct them to the pages on the front page that can
answer their questions and if they continue quote the sections
that are referenced. Should the issues continue I would politely
ask them to stop posting through PM and contact you.
Can you keep up with the thread without having
to ask what's going on?-->
Absolutely! I kinda tend to stalk things that I really like and
am online for amounts of time that can't be healthy so I
more than likely will know whats going on as soon as it is
posted c:

-->Mod ApplicationUsername--> *Simon*
Are you banned anywhere?--> No. I have never been banned from any thread or ever been given a strike/warning on a thread
Have you worked at any other agencies?
If so, where?--> Yes, I own Wavetailcats I am the Head Mod and and artist at The Pond
Someone has been caught stealing our designs
and selling them offsite, what do you do?--> First I would contact both you and the CS moderators about the situation so that the individual doesn't try and wipe away all the evidence of his or her art theft if I were to warn them before telling you. Then I would contact them kindly and respectfully telling them what they are doing wrong and making them aware of CS rules and policies regarding art theft. if it continues I would again, with the help of you, contact the CS staff to handle the situation. Personally it is really important to me that art theft be taken very very seriously. I know how it feels to be copied like that after spending a long time perfecting something you call your own and I also have seen it be done to people around me in my real life, and on CS. Originality is something I really value.
A new adopter is frequently spamming and
asking questions that can be answered on the front page,
what do you do?--> I would make them aware first how they are spamming and why what they are dong is considered spamming. Then I would politely point out the answer to their question on the front page and tell them to look there for further reference. I also would tell them they could PM me if they still couldn't find answers to questions on the front page to minimize their spamming. A lot of times people new to treads are really frazzled and don't mean to spam or break rules. I think the polite route of explanation will save us a potential adopter and make them more confident to take part in other threads here on CS.
Can you keep up with the thread without having
to ask what's going on?--> Yes, I am on CS quite a lot and I can frequently check the thread to be up to date on all the important events
Other--> thank you so much for you consideration and for taking the time to read this, it means a lot.
