Why Would You Like This Character?;
I have been suffering from a natural-breed dog craze. But, sadly, I can't draw worth a penny, and no adoption areas have the kind of material I'm looking for in a dog. So, when I found this area, all quiet with no forms whatsoever, and then this adorable little girl, I absolutely died. I literally screamed. Ask my family. At first, I felt I was too swamped with homework and school stuff to do anything. But, with many demands from my twin sisters to win her, I couldn't resist. She's gorgeous! Those eyes are beautiful. The design... Oh! It's so unique, yet so subtle, all at the same time. She reminds me of my first dog, who actually was a corgi. Mine was a Welsh corgi, but still, she was just like I plan to model Elle.
I've always really wanted to purchase some TWG90 work of my own, but never had the correct payment, and when I did, I was either grounded from the Internet or when the shop opened it was in the middle of the night for my time zone and closed fifteen minutes later. So, ofcourse, when I realized she was made by t TheWolfgirl90 ten minutes after gaping at her, I screamed yet again. She just seems so perfect for me!
Now, I suppose I'll begin babbling about how beautiful she is, how much I like the designs, and how I imagine using her in the future.
The way her pelt has natural colors is what really got me, the pretty buttery-gold, and the off-white dash of color on her chest and belly. Those little brown markings on her eyes and legs are just the icing on the cake. I love how her eyes are that adorable pansy-pink, where the pupils are darker than the rest of the eye. So cute.
If I do win her, I promise, I will make her a little space in my character site. Then I'll take her straight to the Charactr Match-Making Thread and find her the perfect boy, which I beleive I have already found, if I could just convince the owner to wait just a week or so until the code-drop. Then, I will take her ALL OVER ChickenSmoothie to every single open art shop (that's an exxageration. xD) and buy her a lot of art. She will need two pages. One for her form. One for her art.
I know a lot of people are going for thos dog. I understand that I jhave competition. But I really love this dog. I just love her so much! She's adorable, she's gorgeous, and she's already so fun to write about... I really, truly love her, and i hope I have the honor of taking her home. <3
Personality;
~ { Playful & Lively } ~
Elle loves to just bounce around and have fun. She almost always has energy, and when she's not talking she's either herding or sleeping. She likes moving around, and can't stand when she has to stay still. Elle always knows just how to have fun, and just what kind of fun to have, when no one else can even take a guess. Unlike most dogs, she enjoys it when it rains, for that is when it's her job to entertain all of the dogs on the farm.
~ { Pleasant & Happy } ~
This little dog's one major goal in life is to make everyone she passes smile. Sure, it's basically useless, but it's something that makes both she and the other dog happy. No day is ever sad for Elle. She's very easy to get along with and loving, and she has the sweetest temper you'll ever see. It takes a lot to make her mad, and even then, she isn't exactly furious. To make her snap at you,as in truly bite... It's virtually impossible.
~ { Audacious & Sassy } ~
This young girl has quite an attitude! She doesn't use her cockiness to be mean, just to amuse people. And if she is being rude, it's not purposefully. Elle just has a knack to let some comments slip, which are often better kept to herself. It's amusing to watch her in an arguement, though, for she always has snappy retorts and comments that leave her opponent dumbfounded and confused.
~ { Elegant & Graceful }~
Being a herding dog, she really has no choice but to be this. She is light on her feet and quick. If she wants to keep the sheep together, she has to be able to move! Despite her stubby legs, which can produce choppy movements if she trips over her own feet or the like, she is most certainly not a klutz. She rarely stumbles or falls, and she knows just how to make sure her tail is well out of the way when walking, so it doesn't become entangled in her legs. That'd be embarassing!
~ { Gentle & Soft-Spoken }~
With a touch as soft as silk and words to match, Elle is very kind and soft. Despite her willingness to make the whole room laugh at any given moment, she has feelings just like any other creature, and knows where her boundaries lay. She can make anyone feel better, even if she isn't using a funny tale or riddle. She just has a way of talking, of making people see the bright side of a dark situation.
~ { Charming & Flirtacious } ~
Bubbly and bright, Elle is quite the little flirt. She's got a good amount of practice in her life, watching other dogs and trying herself. She doesn't flirt just for the guy, she does it to let boys she likes them. But she doesn't walk up and begun giggling and nuzzling like some brain-dead, love-hypnotized poodle. She does it gently and sophisticatedly. A small smile, a complement, leaving quickly to add a bit of mystery. Oh, goodness.
~ { Humerous and Bubbly } ~
Elle certainly knows how to make a frown turn upside down! She is a wonderland of jokes and smiles. It's amazing, how much happiness is in such a little body. She knows just how to crack a joke, just when, and what kind, whatever the need- should it be in the middle of a fight, or a grim moment, she's always willing to share a smile.

Likes;
Herding
There's nothing that exhilitrates Elle more than watching sheep fall, again and again, over and over, for her trick, chasing them into a valley. She loves running and barking and fake-snarling to keep them inclosed. It's just so... amazing! Since QWinters is Hampshire are always very cold, it makes it even more better!
Momma (Noel)
Who doesn't love the woman that gave birth to them? Noel and her daughter have a very special bond, one that is even stronger than average. Elle being Noel's first daughter, she was cherished and raised adoringly. She knows her mother will forever love her, no matter how much they may argue.
Snow
The cold just makes Elle feel so happy. She adores the weather when it's chilly; It makes her feel very refreshed and clean. It gives her energy. Most people suspect that the bite of the wind in the winter snaps Elle back into reality and that is why she is so quick and witty during the cold weather, while in the summer she sometimes lags behind a bit.
Rain & Storms
This weather calms and soothes this dog, making her herding skills even better, depite the water and the effort it takes to herd. When a dog is calm, it is more alert, and it can watch the sheep closer. That is why Elle's Master always sends her out to return the sheep to the barn, instead of Noel or one of the pups. She makes no show of happiness at being chosen over more talented dogs, but on the inside she's quite smug.
The Smell of Autumn
It's just so fresh and crisp! The scent of the cool breeze (which we already understand she loves) and the falling leaves is just so amazing and beautiful. Walking through the forst, down that old path that was carved from a river so many years ago, near her house, Elle can always bring up good memories of her puphood. It's simply calming and serene.

Dislikes;
Blazing Heat
It's exahusting for her. Elle does not do well with heat. She's been known to lose conciousness quite easily if she gets too hot, and that is an experience Elle chooses not to relive. She will herd if absolutely nessecary, but both she and Master try their best to avoid it.
Wolves & Hawks
Being a small dog, it is extremely hard for her to protect the herd from predators. She hates that her size is such a disadvantage when keeping her herd safe! Usually, if she must, Elle uses her fierce courage to bark as loud as a dog can, which can scare even a lion, if she puts enough effort into it. Who says being small means you can't be strong?
When Sheep Step on Her
It HURTS! It leaves quite a bruise and an ache when the sheep first steps on her, and then a sharp sting that ripple through wherever she was stepped on, and then fades into a constant vibrate. She usually can't walk for days, if it's a paw. Who likes being hurt, anyway? Elle makes careful to stay away from sheep.
Having to Stay in the Barn
This girl has got to run! She can't stay inside for very long. And when she's kept in the barn, it's usually for hours on end. Master knows she hates that, and so he tries to let Elle out as much as possible. She can't keep still if she's stuck inside. Usually, once she's let out, at least one of the animals are traumatized behind repair from her never-ending movement and talking. Yeah... It is kind of scary.
Water
Having your fur plastered to your body so tight you can barely move? Some dogs may find it amusing, but most certainly not Elle! She can't stand the feeling of it. Some may say Elle even has a phobia of water. Whenever she's taken near it- as long as it's not a bath; she loves those!- she'll start to squeal and struggle to get away. Although she won't admit if, she is very afraid of drowning. The truth is, she has never swam before, and really does not intend to.
The Vet
Needles! Cold metal tables! Icky medicine! Humans don't really enjoy going to the doctor. So why do they think animals do vets? Elle quite hates this; first, she has to be packed into a little crate and stuck in a car, and then driven for three hours, and then she's got even more to worry about once she reaches her destination. As you can see, Elle doesn't do fabulous with pain. She sort of over-reacts. But, honestly, who likes being jabbed with a metal stick? No one! What about the feeling of cold, hard metal underneath your skin? It's so uncomfortable and sharp. Elle truly doesn't understand why humans decide to torture animals for a living.
History/Story;
Keep them tight, Elle. Keep them tight! The pup thought as she panted, working to the best of her ability to keep the sheep in a tight circle as they advanced toward the foggy hills, where the winter wind stung with cold, but the grass was lucious and tall. The young corgi was in Britain, a place by the name of Hampshire. The sky swam with the beginnings of a monsterous storm, the clouds gray and heavy, the wind bitter and sharp. Sneezing and twitching her cold nose, Elle dartedbetween two sheep as one began to stray away from the herd. "Oh, no, you don't!" She barked loudly, just barely catching the large animal and pushing it back toward its group.
Her chest swelled with pride as the sheep, being the stupid creatures they are, fell for the trick and wandered straight into a pen. She giggled softly and looked over her shoulder, where her momma and her siblings Jake and Cleo ran to congratulate her. Directly behind the stubby-legged dogs was Pluto, the old border collie. He had been Elle's Master's first dog. Pluto was rather old, though Elle concidered him her father all the same. More like her grandfather.
"How'd I do? How'd I do?" She asked loudly as she also ran to meet them, laughing aloud with joy as she saw their smiles, and that of Master's as well. "You did wonderful, Elle!" Her mother shreiked. Pluto smiled and lowered his head, nuzzling Elle affectionately. "Oh, dear, you did wonderful. You may just be able to replace me when..." He trailed off, knowing Elle hated when he spoke so calmly of his own death.
The small corgi looked up at Master as he approached, his eyes gleaming as he scooped her up and cuddled her against his chest. "You were fabulous, gorgeous Ellie-Boo." He said, using the nickanme lovingly and passionately.
Elle smiled and watched as Jake and Cleo, the twins, only pups, tried to herd the sheep also. Epic fail. She giggled and began to show them exactly what ypu had to do, hunkering down and then popping up and keeping in close follow with the sheep. It was quite amusing watching them play.
Elle made her way home, stub of a tail wagging and nose twitching with excitement. She looked around as Master walked into the barn, gingerly allowing her to wiggle out of his grasp. Barking softly, tired and cold, Elle fell asleep, closing her eyes softly. As she drifted to sleep, her mother curling around her twin siblings, Pluto laying down softly, she smiled.

Why Would You Like This Character?;

Because she is regal and beautiful.She is tall and lanky,and her markings are like the sun,which means a lot to everyone.I was thinking of naming her Sun, or Sunny, but then I realized she didn't need to be named anything like that un order for someone to see the light shining through her; she does that on her own.
Adeline seems to speak to me.She has that certain look in her eyes that makes you trust her and know she will never do anything to hurt you.And we all need someone,or something like that to trust.
With digital software and all that jazz,I can't even draw a straight line.I'm okay-ish with traditional art,but I am horrible at cats either way.I've been looking for so long to find some really good cat art for cheap or free,as I don't have any rares or very rares.When I see an art shop that has exactly what I am looking for,I scroll down to the payment and it's a few rares from their WL,making it impossible for me to order the art.I know there is editable oekakis,but I can't really think of a good design,let alone draw it.
The Abyssinianm is my favorite breed of cat,and I realized Adeline here looked just like one regarding the build,and even a bit of her fur patterns.There is more information on this breed in the species section of the form.

Personality;

-Loving and affectionate-

Adeline is a sweet cat who loves to help and will easily adapt to anyone she finds herself with,although it may take a while.She is also very loyal,and when it comes to a hard situation when people want to helo but are too scared to,you can expect Adeline to step in.Her motto is 'That which does not kill can only make us stronger.'Adeline pretty much lives by that phrase,and it shapes her whole personality.

-A rebel and a fighter-

Adeline isn't all fun and games.When she wants something,she gets it.And of you defy her,you can expect to see some claws coming at you.She isn't afraid to hurt someone of they annoy her,but she knows when she needs to stop and she will.She will never endanger someone's life, but she knows how to instill just enough fear to make it seem like it.She isn't one to follow rules,but sets them herself.She is a leader,not a follower,and swims against the crowd.Adeline is not by any means afraid to be different.

-Cunning and wise-

Although Adeline can be quick to attack and somewhat childish,she is very smart and sly as well.She has ways of tricking people into giving her exactly what she wants,and when you make a deal with her it will almost always be unfair to you.She has a unique power of persuasion,and something about her clear,melodic voice can cast a spell on people.She is well educated and knows quite a bit,but she is horrible at math and absolutely loathes the subject.

So far,you have seen that Adeline here is loving,a rebel,cunning,wise,and affectionate,and this is her last well known trait - her distinct shyness.It takes Adeline quite a while to warm up to people,and she will not be mean or friendly until she has decided where they stand and if she can get power over them easily,or if it will take quite a bit of work.She is always sizing up her opponent,and is quick to dart out of things where she feels things are not going her way.

History/Story;

I yawned and stretched out,feeling my claws rake through the lush green grass.The faint hum of a cicada filled my ears,and I pawed at them,trying to block out the odd noise.Wrinkling my nose at the scent of human garbage,I padded close to the road as I made my way towards the restaurant,hoping to get some scraps.
You are probably wondering why I am alone and in the middle of a park with my only worry being how to get food in my belly?Well then,you've come to the right place.You've caught old Adeline here in one of those storytelling moods,which are rare so consider yourself lucky.And now,I shall begin.
It was a crisp day in the middle of Autumn.The leaves were all colorful and everyone in my house was talking about odd things such as "Halloween" "Thanksgiving" and oddest of all, "Christmas".Now,I had no idea what these things were,but the people got pretty excited jabbering about them,so I assumed they were good and looked forward to them.
I walked over the female human child that lived in the house with me and sat by her as she scribbled letters down on paper.She looked down at me and stuck up her nose, "Go away you stupid cat."
I hung my head and padded out.The female child,called Lara,was the only one in the house that didn't like me.She never called me Adeline,either,just "stupid cat" and "annoying animal".Honestly,I don't know how such a nice cat as I can be called stupid.I had the urge to get my claws on that Lara,but it would only result in the other humands getting mad,which is not a good thing in my book.
The male child grabbed me by my collar and dragged me down the hallway.I sighed and let him pull me.He was giggling and seemingly having fun,and I had been told in a dream that while I was here I must keep them happy.Well,I could do that if Lara didn't live here.
The child,I think his name was Darius,shoved me into the water before I could realize it.I let out a high pitched yowl and fled,pelting up the stairs and barreling straight into Lara.Trembling,I looked up at the looming form above me.
"Out of my way,thing," Lara sneered.
Well that was my limit.I wasn't even thinking at that point.I lunged for Lara's throat,the wild cat in me coming through.Lara screamed and I realized my teeth were embedded in her arm.Tears ran down her face and I quickly released,seeing what I had done,the blood rushing down.I ran out the door of the house before anyone else could see what had happened,and I never returned to see if they would welcome me back.
So that is my story.One annoying human girl ruined my whole pampered life,and now I am here,with no Christmas or Halloween to be excited about anymore,my priorities protecting myself and finding food.Wish me luck,traveler,and I make my way through this world solo.
