The New Agency: closed

This thread is officially open to posting! 8D

Here a few new rules and features of the new Agency thread:
- Donations are now only opened the first week of the month. Though, since this is our grand re-opening, they will be opened until September 3rd (or around that time), or until the kennels are full. After that, they will close and open again on September 25th for one full week. This is to give more chance to older design to get a nice home =3

- There is no more adoption limit. You can still apply for only one pet at a time, but you no longer have to stop adopting after 16 characters won.

Be sure to read ALL the rules before posting on the thread!
(And this, even if you aren't new to the Agency. There are some new rules to be seen )
