Koi97- I've known Koi for some time on cs, they are a current owner of 2 plumes although we met from the Parrapups species which I'm on a current hiatus from.
Tricksters- Tricky has been quite possibly the nicest person I've met on cs. She owns 5 plumes and has always been supportive of my odd endeavors.
Kanarichan- Kanarichan is my best friend out of the Internet and although I've tried to get them into the CS community more it usually ends up with me just talking about characters of mine while stuffing my face with pizza over at their house.

Tart is an amazing and caring owner, has I have seen from Plumerians and Parrapups. I first met them through Parrapups, with their well thought out and developed Parras. They love each of their characters equally and create amazing characters. Tart brings out the best in their characters, and the characters they can create are wonderful. Dynamic and rather well rounded. Although not truly active, they would pamper this one, and give them an amazing home. Just like how they created an amazing home for the other characters they own.

I think tart would be an amazing owner for Ringo. They currently own only one plumerian, but they love him and spoils him more than some people that own 5 or more plumerians would in total. Super sweet, caring, and all around a great friend, it's no wonder that Tart is such a social and welcoming username to see pop up on the fanclub every now and again. I understand they aren't the most active person in the fanclub {heck i'm as active as a chip crumb so i cant say anything}, but I personally know that doesn't mean they aren't active with Tali. I've known them for some time now, and have gotten to see how they use their characters, and how they spoil them. I know Ringo would fit right in with their characters, no doubt about it.

All righty! Well, Tart would be a great owner for Ringo as they absolutely love and care about all characters that they have and even others that aren't even theirs as well. Knowing Tart outside of the online realm, I can definitely say that they take good care. Every time I see or talk to them they are always showing me Plumes or new characters and going on and on about each and every one. They would definitely be a wonderful owner for Ringo.

Before getting into the plume species I lurked for a long time.
During that time I had admired Ringo from afar, I have always loved his design the simple yet complex. He has always been one I would have loved to own. I think that if I got him I would be able to become more active in the plume community, seeing as how my life has been rather busy and emotionally I haven't been so great. But onwards, I would love to develop him as I've seen him as a paleontologist.

May I suggest though that perhaps referrals cannot be bought/bribed/offered payment for? It seems like it'd be more fair if they were all legitimate instead of bought or bribed for.
If i may add to my suggestion... my definition of "payment" is any kind ofcompensation. {including pets, coding for contests of any kind, points, etc etc...}

I had meant to add that referrals must indeed be legitimate, but besides that point should that even need to be said said explicitly? Part of this contest is a judge of character of the person adopting. As I stalk the FC pretty heavily I'm mostly familure with just about everyone and it should be known I will be double checking with references I find suspicious.

Okay, I think believix would be a wonderful owner for ringo because I see all the effort they use when trying out for plumerians, I see all the hard work they dedicate into making a character to try and finally win their first plumerian. Trust me, Believeix would be an amazing owner but sadly they haven't had the chance to prove them self yet. Believix has been in the community longer than most people I know, and they're still a non-owner but that doesn't stop them from enjoying the community as much as anyone else with a plumerian. I may be repeating myself but I know doe a fact ringo will go to a loving home, to a home where he will be active and get the love he deserves. That is why I think Believix should own ringo.

Why do you want this guy;; I have been in the plumerian community for I have no idea how long, maybe a few months or maybe longer? I have been trying really hard to get plumerians, but whenever its an impress me I always lose because i have a problem, I don't know how to get the characters flaws across to well. If I win this plumerian, I promise I will practice getting flaws across and make him the best character you could ever dream of.
