If you win i will use your design, you become an artist (though you can only post your base that you color, you can not use my cupcakes as there are specific rules for those guys), and (if you are accepted) you can either choose to keep the common i receive for your sweets or you can discard it to me XD.
EDIT: You can enter with even a sketch as i will be the one who outlines it to have it blend well with the cupcakes, you can also submit as many entries as you would want
EDIT2: Or if you enter and win but do not want to be an artist i will buy your outline for 1-2 rare(s) (depends on your design) out of any of my event extra folder of your choice. <3

The requirements:
Must be 100x100
Must have black eyes like my cupcakes
