Username: Jellyfish_King
Crate Number: Crate 1
New Name: Muse
Story!:
Small footsteps padded on the forest floor as a bright colored animal tried to hide it's coat, though anything with eyes could see that it was failing. Who knew that living on their own was harder than it seemed, as the Karmal Bell's parents had disappeared one dark and foggy night, the air suffocating and mysterious, it was no doubt that the Karmal Bell would get separated from it's parents.
Now the Karmal Bell hunched it's back in fear as the sky darkened and the air became chilly and it's conscious ran through scary thoughts. It kept on taking tentative steps, testing the ground for anything that made sound to avoid them.
The Karmal Bell stopped to calm it's nerves, looking up at the night sky to gaze at the large full moon surrounded by thousands of stars. The Karmal Bell closed it's eyes, the feeling of sleepiness itching at the back of it's eyes. It'll have to find some shelter, where it can hide it's blue colored fur, soon.
A gust of wind blew through the trees, shaking the bells attached to it's curled horns, the tinkling sound surrounding the whole forest as it was eerily quiet when the wind stopped.
The Karmal Bell looked around, because though it didn't believe in superstitions, it did believe that something bad was going to happen. To it.
That was when the howl ripped from the throat of a wolf. A wolf to close to where the Karmal Bell was standing. The Karmal Bell was stiff with shock, it's fear plastered in his eyes. Finally, when the first wolf's companions followed with the same, haunting call, the Karmal Bell ran for the nearest bush and hid.
The Karmal Bell clenched it's eyes shut as it's ears detected the sound of a pack of wolves. They slowed down, searching the area around the Karmal Bell. The Karmal Bell would be fine, if the wind didn't disobey and start running at that time. It would be fine even if the bell run, if it wasn't for moon deciding to shine on the aqua Karmal Bell. It would be fine it the wolves didn't come to that part of the forest.
It opened it's eyes slowly and deliberately, fear clinging on it's fur and only magnified when he saw the dozens of pairs of glowing eyes that haunts nightmare of children's dreams. The Karmal Bell widened it's eyes.
Fade to Black
A bell rang.
Fade to Black
The Karmal Bell woke up to the warmth of a fire, it's worn out eyes not registering where it was. It could sense movement, a movement bigger than the wolves. Human. The Karmal Bell thought. It tried to rise it's head, but winced instead. The human turned to look at the Karmal Bell staring at her.
"Oh, hello," The girl tried to use the most comforting voice she could. "Glad to see you're awake." She smiled, and the Karmal Bell just stared. "When I found you, I didn't think that you would even wake up this early. You're tough, you know that right." The Karmal Bell cocked it's head to it's side. The human's tone reminded it of it's parents, always loving and caring. "I heard a bell in the forest, and I was like, 'What, did a Muse suddenly appear?'" The girl laughed softly at her joke. "I guess you're my muse, now."
The Karmal Bell didn't know what that meant, but the Karmal Bell liked it. Muse...
Other: I just found this out, and I like them! They're adorable and I want to cuddle one! It was also a pain to keep on writing 'it' on my story...
