I use photoshop and you go to lunapic.com go to file and at the bottom it says host with imgur. I click that and copy the direct link and put the link inside the [img.][/img] brackets to get them like that.

Another great site is tinypic.com, where they already have a code that has image brackets around it. The site's super easy to use.
