Of course you can adopt the first skitter! I'll need to know what name and gender you'd like to assign to it, so that it can be added to your kennel. ^^ Also, concerning your custom- do you own the character, or have permission from the artist? I'm afraid I can't go through with the custom without a 'yes' to at least one of those... (You can always go back and ask the artist for permission, and then let me know )
