Okay, i am going to explain what you have to do if you are part of the staff.

What helpers /admins do!
Okay, first, You aren't exactly an owner of skt. I feel more comfortable owning it myself, but sometimes i need help, or sometimes i am taking a break, and i need your help.

Okay, Basically, You are a mod, but i am giving you more things you have to do.
what you do:
1. You be a moderator.
2. You help look after the thread when i am gone.
3. You help me with stuff when i need it.

i thinks that just about it.

What moderators (or mods) do!
You are just being a mod, i can't really explain it, but if i hire you, you probably know what you are suppose to be doing XD
But i have rules for you...
1. Please be nice, and understand what someone might feel like if they accidentally broke the rules.
2. please be kind, calm, and considerate.
3. Don't use your power in a rude way.
4. THESE RULES COUNT FOR HELPERS/ADMINS TOO!

What artists do!
Artists make litters (and raffles), and they are a very important part of SKT.
Rules:
1. Send in at least one litter or do a raffle every week. (pm me if something gets in the way of this, ill understand. <3)
2. You have got to be experienced with pixel art.
3. litters must have at least 3 SKs and the litters can have up to 10 SKs, this may change.
4. The litter must have at least 6 SKs for you to reserve one.
5. Please do your best on the litters, dont just color it in with one color and put like, one heart on it. O.O
