However, you are not allowed to use them offsite. Kitsubis can be found on dA, too, but you're not allowed to take Kitsubis, which have been distributed here, on to any other site.

How to get Orbs


Kitsubis currency, is Orbs. Here, in this post, I'll show you the various ways to obtain Orbs. To get Orbs is fairly easy.

Option 1
The first option you have, is to obtain Orbs through art.
With art, I don't mean you have to draw something, I mean writing.
Writing a story, and posting it on the thread, will give you Orbs.
This is an easy method, to get Orbs without having to give away your pet's or anything like that.
If you want to know, how much Orbs you get, it's simple: First, we read your story. If it's a 'good' story, meaning, if it's not just a bulk of stuff thrown on the thread in order to cheat yourself some Orb, then you will get 1 Orb for every word.
This way, we don't have to 'judge' your story.
This is obvious, but I'll say it anyway: The story needs to be about Kitsubis, and you need to own at least one Kitsubi.

Option 2
The second option, is the most used option in adoption centers: Exchanging CS pet's for Currency. In order to do so, you simply send a trade to "ShoranSenSaora" with the pet's you want to exchange. Once, Shoran has accepted the trade, the Orbs will be added to your bank account.
If you want to know, how much Orb you get for which pet's: we have put up exchange rates in the shop.

Option 3
The third option, is to trade your adopted Kitsubi, with someone else, who will pay Orbs for them.
You can do this in our [url]Trading thread[/url].
However, if I realize, that anyone is adopting Kitsubi, just to trade them, I will take this option down immediately. And I'm not blind. ^^


Option 4
The fourth option, is something you are most likely not able to influence or decide. Such as, Raffles or contests. You can win Orbs through various events. For example Raffles, or events for example for celebrating 100 adopted Kitsubi etc.
On the old Kitsubi, on the 100th page, I chose 10 people, who got to enter a raffle, where they could win up to infinite orbs

If you want to, you can always suggest new options. I'm open to all options, to make it easier for every part of CS to obtain Orbs.

Official Reopening of Kitsubi

Hey everyone~ I know there were a lot of Kitsubi fans, a lot of those who were really sad that Kitsubi wasn't active anymore, for a pretty long while. I don't know how many of you will be back here, seeing Kitsubi back alive again.
Yet, I have given myself a shot and started to work on this again.
With the new Kitsubi and new thread, come new changes....
Some things have changed, but most of Kitsubi is still the same.
You might've realized the new banners and all, do you like them?

I have a new Litter ready, yes, but I haven't uploaded it yet. I have a headache from doing all of this... Making Banners and coding is not the easiest thing, really.

Anyways... I will be hiring a new artist, as DovieCaba is not available right now, though, I will hire her, too, if she wants to once she's Back.

About Orbs & Storage
I see this new thread, as a new beginning, meaning, everyone starts without orbs, without Items,... and yes, without Kitsubis.
Of course it's not as easy as that.
If you want your orbs transferred to the bank of the new Kitsubi, please sent me a message, and I'll do it. The same counts for your storage.


About your Kitsubis
Of course you still own the same Kitsubis you did before, however, they will not be added to the new archive.
This Thread will get it's own Archive, and yes, the Kitsubis will start with Number #1 and so on.
Of course I'll make proper link backs, so everyone can see your awesome Kitsubis in the old archive... However, that might take me some time.


Name Changes and... Kitsubis will be taken away!
With this announcement, I'll make a new and VERY important rule.
If you do change your name, please let us know
If you don't, you will get your Kitsubis taken away, easy as that.
Fukuwa and I will be checking the Archives and all frequently, to make sure all the names are correct, if we see that you have changed your name, even if we know it's you, we will still take your Kitsubis away and put them into the Pound.
I don't need to explain why, it's just to make our work easier. It was VERY confusing, to update the Archive, with around 10 ppl having changed their names.

Inactive Kitsubi Owners Might Get Their Kitsubi Taken Away
Basically, the title says it all.
Yes indeed, those who have been inactive on Kitsubi for a while, will have their Kitsubi taken away, if they do not respond to me.
This means: I will send out a message to those cases, and maybe a few others even if they don't count into "Inactive"
This message will say that your Kitsubi will be taken away, if you do not respond to this message within 1 WeekThe Kitsubi the person owns will then be put into the Pound, and will stay there for 1 Month
In this time, anyone can make forms, and those ppl can still say "No, give them back to me", it's especially meant for those who're inavtive for a longer time due to reasons.

To explain this Situation, I hope everyone can understand this decision.
I'm not doing this out of fun, it's still "Work" I do, and not fun.
However, I'm not doing this for no reason, there are several reasons why I do this.
However, the main reason is my care about Kitsubi. I love our little fellows, and I know a lot of you do, too.
So have you ever wondered.... There are actually ppl who have adopted Kitsubis, and never came back or even bothered with the adopted Kitsubi or ANYTHING.
If you get what I mean. I feel hurt when I think about the fact, that a Kitsubi was adopted just to be treated as if it doesn't exist.
Therefore, I am trying to free those poor souls

Custom 'Raffle' and prices

So, I have decided how to deal with Customs.
You know, usually someone bought a Custom scroll and ordered etc. You should know how it works in all Adoptable threads. However, Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of selling customs, so I've decided on my own personal method.

This is a feature, I've come up with myself, and I believe, Kitsubi might be the only one to have it.
As of now, it will not be possible to order Customs from me, ShoranSenSaora.
Every 2 weeks, I will hold a "Custom raffle", you do not need to pay anything to enter, you just enter with filling out the form and posting it, end of story. If you are the lucky winner, you will be allowed to order one Custom off of me.
This way I have enough time, and it's free for you to get a Custom.
Of course this will be implemented along with according rules etc.

About paid Customs:
I will still accept Customs which you have paid for, however, I do not have any set prices, meaning, you will have to offer. You don't need to, just be patient and wait until you win a raffle... If there's even anyone joining besides you.

I hope you're okay with my decision. :3
I can't say anything in regards to Fukuwa btw, this is only for me. Maybe he'll do the same, maybe not. ^^

Hiring~

Before I tell you anything about hiring, I'll explain why I'm going to hire some ppl.
The reason Kitsubi was left dead for a while, was because I got tired of doing everything. Yes I enjoy doing the art and answering questions, but the organisation is so damn annoying... It really got on my nerves.
So, I'll be hiring a few ppl, to make it possible for Kitsubi to stay open for... forever? Well here we go.
