the land of faerres { Sih likes shiny things }

The dark red curtains of the stage on the Altar shifted ominously, a small snout peeking out before ducking back in again. Sainera is scared deathless. What had gotten into her? Staring up at the Altar she'd felt a sudden urge to get out of Vinara, she wanted to explore beyond the barriers of Vinara, the outside world and perhaps experience what it was like to be a companion. The horns had blared sounding the start of a Faerre release, it's her cue to step outside... yet... what happened to her courage from before? The horns sounded again, she can hear the confused murmurs from outside... forcing her mismatched paws to work the common Faerre stepped out from behind the curtains.
"H-hi... I... I.." Standing on the Altar, the force of her actions hit her suddenly, and she's starting to regret wanting to leave Vinara in the first place. "I.. I'm scared." Her green eyes watering slightly. A figure from the side stepped in, shielding her with her shadow, The Queen announced. "Humans and creatures all gathered here, please welcome Sainera, one of our bravest Faerres to have chosen to explore the outside world." The Queen brushed one of her tails on her shoulder, the motion sending warmth enveloping the small Faerre. "Go on." The Queen encouraged. Sainera nodded and took a deep breath, stepping out from The Queen's shadow...
"I.. am scared..." she started. "But ... I.. want to try exploring the outside world... I... like friends." She squeaked shyly, twisting her paws in discomfort, staring into the many pairs of eyes gathered below.

I wandered through the unfamiliar forest, my paws damp with dew from the morning as fog held thick in the air. I wheezed an inhale and coughed a bit, sending myself backwards a couple paces. I mumbled a bit to myself, making some frustrated sounds and continuing to pace.
Morning, oh joy...
I rolled my eyes in annoyance with the bothersome time of day, stupid Inuki! His directions were faulty yet again! Geez, why do I even bother with that dope?! I thought to myself.

Oh my! I totally forgot to introduce myself! My name's Duck! Hello there!


As I pondered on I rubbed my glasses, the lenses becoming foggy as I pawed through the mist with my paws awkwardly far in front of my body. My friend, Inuki, had yet again befuddled me with his malleable logic. Mental Note : Don't get directions from someone with an F in geometry. I thought again, growling a bit at my own gullibility. I stumbled over a large rock, landing on my chin in an awkward pose. I roared and rolled over, looking at the sky.

Suddenly I heard horns, no bugles, sounding in the distance. I dashed their way, assuming something marvelous.
When I approached, I noticed a small wolf with tedious markings. I walked towards her, noticing her shy behavior at once. After all, her tone was shaky and her body seemed to shake slightly as she stood in front of the world. I could tell, prying eyes weakened her spirit. I walked towards her, hopping up onto the altar.

I had heard rumors from wolves in my pack of this structure. I had never actually seen it though, nor had anyone. Word is it's where a faerre goes to find a new residency somewhere amongst those in the world.

I greeted cheerfully. Recalling her shy nature I smiled faintly and took a seat.
Though I am not human, my master is kind hearted indeed. I know that you seek a new home, a new dream perhaps a new adventure! My 'master' is actually more of an aquaintance. She doesn't make us wear collars and she lets us roam as we please. In a sense it's almost as if I am still free as the wind. She's very kind to us, she's a bit of a klutz but that's alright.
My tail wagged at the thought of my beloved master.
I can't make faulty promises because I am not her, though I can say in her defense she is the kindest human I have ever met! She tends to be bossy when you don't get up in the morning, though she is sweet as candy in her heart. She's very wonderful towards us. Alright, well I'm spouting all this stuff about her! I should probably tell you her name! My master goes by Kuma. She's a clumsy girl with brown hair and honest green eyes. She lives by herself, well excluding us, and she loves to draw and play with us! She never lets us get hungry or bored and keeps everyone entertained.
I motioned a paw up and looked the little commoner in the eyes.
In her perspective everyone's equal and she cares not about roles in society or appearance. She views people, or should I say faerres, by their personalities, by who they are. Not by what rank they uphold.
I rolled onto my back, being strange as I usually was.
She accepts anyone, regardless of background or intentions. She's adopted many of us before, from the streets and other places too! She really is kind...
I let out a dreamy sigh...
Though I have been her personal pet for ever since I can remember her kindness stretches as far as the ocean and beyond the stars in the sky themselves~
I pulled myself to a sitting position.
She cares for all those who are sick and attempts to make anyone who is sad happy. She cares about everyone...
I sighed again, getting a bit in a daze.
She's been so kind to us all... Oh! And for your sense of adventure! Kuma loves to go places and explore, it helps we're all navigationally challenged!
I laughed a bit, smiling with true honesty.
I don't have a gift for you, though I can offer a quaint home with a caring individual.
I know this may not seem like much to a faerre with such a lovely appeal.
All I can say is I'd be honored if you would come with me to meet her, there's no doubt in my mind she'd love to have you~
I let loose a full blown toothed grin, feeling a bit dumb as my glasses fell back to the edge of my nose. I desparely tried to keep them on but the tumbled off my nose near the faerres paw and at that moment it occured to me that I hadn't asked her name...

I saw the Queen announced the arrival of faerre they was pretty common but this one seems to stand out, if I had a Faerre warrior, I would have exchanged it for her In a heartbeat. I bowed my head in respect before looking at the faerre again,when The Queen said, " Sainera. " I thought, " what a pretty name the Faerre had. I walked over to the queen and bowed before talking to Sainera, " Good morning Sainera, I would like to become your companion and I will travel with you wherever you want to go, and I will give you anything you want. Yes, I know you want a better speech. But what I am speaking is the honest truth, and of course it comes from my heart. I may be as shy as you, I lose my courage after a terrible accident, I fell off my bike and I have been different from that day on. Now, we can face our fears together, I would love if you can be my friend? It would be better. here... " I paused taking out a necklace lined with gems, I placed it in front Sainera and said, " This is a gift from me, if you are going with someone else.. " I paused, my eyes filled with tears, I choked out the words," Keep this as to remember me. "

'Sainera. . .' I murmur.
I watch as the curtains reveal a beige female warrior, with blue and orange, cute, yet perfectly balanced and unique markings on her leg and hind parts. She twists on teh stage uncomfortably, and I immediately feel a kind of pity for her.
Stage fright.
Yes, I've faced it too. So, I immediatley felt a liking for the shy warrior with a beautiful name; Sainera.
I eagerly stepped to her during her interview with me.

First the Ahzenai thread xD i always stalked that thread ( just never had the time to try out for one ;A; )
and Azalea's forest of eden adoptable thread!
then i kind of merged both layouts into one :'B
i love layouting things xD
and because i already own an adoptable thread Pet Dogz, i decided that I want to run this thread a little differently, and chose to follow Ahzenai's way <3 I love writing and reading so why not? :'3
