Creature you're trying for: Ivy Fasheea
Name you will give Creature: Ivy ( Not just because she's an Ivy Fasheea, it's an awesome name!)
Your Entry:
"Vine, can't catch me!" taunted Ivy. She scampered around the shore, diving into the ocean, blending into the sea foams. She leapt back out again, teasing her clumsy, annoyed brother.
"Ivy," Vine called. "I'm tired. Stop."
"Never!" Ivy called cheerfully.
After hte while the siblings lay in the sand, panting heavily but smiling. The shore could be boring to others, but with each other, it was plain wonderful.
But one day. Vine had gone.
It was a very stormy day, with gray, ominous clouds obscuring the sun behind their gray, menacing bodies. Rain dropped from the sky like hail, and Ivy had no choice but to stay in her den, waiting for the storm to end. Thankfully, it ended in a day.
"Vine, it's over," she said cheerfully, coming out of her home. But Vine was no where to be seen.
"Vine? Vine!" she cried.
From that day on, the loss made Ivy depressed and quiet. Nobody, not even her parents and friends, could shake her from the depressing trance.
Ivy blinked sleepily, waking in a sunlit shore. Waves crashed on her, rather soothingly to the strong fasheea. She stood up drowsily with a smile; she loved the little shore, it was nice and simple, a great habitat to a fasheea.
I must get something to eat. she thought. She walked around, hunting, but not really hunting, more like strolling around enjoying the sun. FInally she just collapsed in the sand, closed her eyes, and fell asleep again.
But she felt a prod.
"Hey," she said in annoyance.
It came again. Furious, she opened her eyes in a very childish manner, only to see that it was another fasheea. Her brother! He had been gone for years and years, and finally he had returned. Ivy was so startled she couldn't say anything; should she be annoyed, happy, or what? Her brother, named Vine, just smiled.
"Hello, Ivy."
"Where have you been?" Ivy cried.
"It wasn't my fault, Ivy. . .while I was hunting there was a storm, and I was blown off to another part of the world. Now I've returned, so let me tell you what had happened. . ."
"In that case. . ." Ivy blinked. "Welcome home, Vine, I missed you so much."
Crying, she hugged her brother tight, thinking that it was only a dream, but even too good to be just a dream.
