I'm Wesley, or at least, that's what I go by on here, and I have started this adoption agency to give characters happy, new homes and owners some new characters and excitement! Right now we really, really need donations and applicants, because one day we hope to get bigger. I also need some responsible mods and judges.

Here is our mascot, Symphony. He is the life of the party. He'd appreciate some fanart if you do so have the time! ^^ And who's this girl? Aha! Say hello to Sonata. <3 She and Symphony are inseperable mates, despite the fact that their species differ. All art of them together is highly appreciated! ^^ Credit for design to Blaise.

Adoption and Donation Rules

- Do not post a form without the character's name, kennel number, image, or some other identification aspect just for the sake of "reserving."
- Please please please only post a form for two different characters in the same post if it is a joint story. Please make seperate posts for seperate characters. It's SO much easier to judge!
- Any character that you adopt from the SCAA or the SCAA Urgent Care cannot be traded away. If you no longer want them, donate them back here or to some other adoption place. Ask permission before giving away for free. But as for selling and trading, you cannot do so. Ever. Thank you for your compliance.
- No whining or disobedience, especially if you didn't get the pet you wanted.
- Do not spam up the thread. One word posts are quite spammy and useless.
- Don't you dare argue with a mod. They are superior to you - on this thread even if in no other way.
- Do not repeatedly ask when the code drop will be. Instead, check the front page for yourself.
- There is no limit on how many pets you can adopt altogether, but you must be sure to try your hardest in your forms.
- We do not take headshots unless you also have a full-body picture as well.
- Please post "dropout" and the kennel number of the character you are no longer going for if you do not wish to complete a form do to lack of desire any longer for a character.
- Only 3 forms per round. Yes, you may win more than one pet per round.
- Do not beg for pets, bribe me or any other judges, or be rude. Please understand that you may not win characters by paying in CS pets or buttering us up.
- Enjoy yourself. This is all about having fun and getting new characters.
- Do not remove the small text at the bottom of any forms.
- Do not butcher/edit the character's design.
- Your form must be completely filled out or otherwise up to our standards.
- There is no set requirement on length, but one sentence forms never win.
- You may adopt for someone else if you tell us who it's for.
- You may order art of the character(s) you are trying out for if you tell us who it is by and allow the winner, if not you, to use the art if they would like to do so.
- Do not donate character-maker characters (unless they have a non-character-maker reference as well or random designs just for the sake of donating. -.-
- Ahem. On the subject of taking back pets that you donated... Here's how it goes. If you at any time in the middle of the round wish to take back a character because you are still attached to them or you don't like the form(s) put in for them, if other people are trying for them, you must fill out a form for the character just like any other character you may apply for. If you wish to take it back in the middle of the round, but it has no other forms submitted for it, you must wait until the next code drop to take it back just in case any one else takes interests in the character towards the end of the round. Thank you.

Adopting Tips

- Fill out the form completely and fully to the best of your ability.
- Make long, fluent paragraphs for stories.
- Add a personality and a long history/background that really describes the pet.
- Prove to the best of your ability how much you want this pet.
- Stay on my good side. And the other judges' good sides. Don't excessively beg, whine, brag, spam, etc. or you will be banned/suspended from our little adoption agency.
- On this note, don't bribe us or sugar us up. It doesn't work. We're tough as rocks.
- Make sure that the character described in the personality and the character represented in the history are the same.
- Add extras such as likes, dislikes, and art if wanted to prove how much you want and deserve the character.
- Feel free to you dividers and such for fun! ^^
- Make sure to read over all rules and don't do anything silly to get you disqualified.

Note: The rainbow eyes I drew in the second picture was something I thought could be triggered by adrenaline or some strong emotion. You don't have to use it.

I am now launching the SCAA's official revamp contest. Anyone can enter this contest, even those on our revamp team such as no hat' and Raverwolf101. The goal is to create the most revamps with the best quality before October 13th, 2012, our new thread's opening day! We're hoping to give out a bunch of new looks to those designs that have been with us since nearly the beginning so that we can have high hopes of re-homing them! We'll be giving out some awesome prizes for your revamps, no doubt about that!
For the person that makes the most high-quality revamps will receive:

PLUS the ability to go for FOUR kennels at once in our opening round and a free custom character design from me [only cat, dog, and sugar glider designs are available]! Examples: x, x, x
And wait, that's not all! The more entries we receive, the more prizes we'll be giving out! That means that ALL PRIZES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE... to something better!

But remember, this contest is about quantity AND quality. If your revamp is not of a quality that is reasonably more decent than the last image of the character, it will not be counted. Please feel free to revamp any kennels, but it would be nice to stay away from kennels others have revmaped within the contest and to stay away from the more recent donations and go for the older ones first. But please, don't waste any time by hesitating to enter this great contest! Even if you can only make a few revamps to contribute to the ultimate amount, and you have no chance at winning, just think of how helpful you'd be to our agency. c: I may even add prizes for runner up and for most helpful/best quality revamps!
