Alright, I'm going to include this little update since I've finally finished ground rules for guest litters.
NOTE: Imageshack is down, which is why the banner is unable to be seen.

I want to make a guest litter! What do I do?

You PM me, Reptile, about it. Posting on the main thread thread about a guest litter will now be counted as spam since so many people have asked in the past.

If we make a guest litter, are we able to keep one of them?

Yes, but there are quite a few limitations against this. You may only take one if there are more than four Meios made, and only if it matches up to the theme you revolved around. I don't want people to sneak in their own customs into a litter made by them, since it is unfair to everyone else.

Am I an official guest artist after I ask?

Sorry, but no. Guest litters and guest artists both are completely different things. Guests artists have the permission to make a litter whenever they want as well as their own custom. People who ask to do guest litters can only do one, and must make sure I'm fine with them making a litter each time they want to. This isn't to be annoying, but rather to keep everything in check and make sure there aren't five litters being made and sent in on the same day.

Well, I want to be a guest artist then. Can I?

I always pick people who constantly help out and have contributed a lot to Meios, but do not have the time to have daily litter duties of an artist. Our only official guest artists are Moonstar10 and Cronus. I also recommend you don't ask, since asking for any position on this thread is spam.

Are there any lines I am not allowed to use?

There are, actually. The artists are limited with these as well, so no worries. The lines you may not use for a guest litter are mini meios and dragon meios.

If there are any other questions, please post here with them or PM me. I don't mind either one, as posts answered will be seen by others who may want to do a guest litter and a PM will just be added to this.
