The Betta Splendens, or Siamese Fighting Fish, is known to most as simply the Betta. It is a freshwater fish of which the males come in many varieties and colors. I have been able to selectively breed these colorful traits to occur in both males and females. I call these extraordinary fish Betta Magnificent. They have been bred for specific characteristic for so long, they have begun to loose many previous Betta behaviors. For example, both the male and the female Bettas will care for their eggs before and during hatching, and will care for the Betta Fry until they have reached maturity. Generally only three eggs will be born, classified as a "School." These Betta Fry are always born mud brown, and will gain their unique markings and colors when they reach maturity. The markings and colors that the Betta Fry will get depends on the environment they are raised in. If objects are placed in and around their tank, Betta Fry will take on a similar color and appearance to the said objects. Though if no such objects are placed in the tank, they will inherit a combination of their parent's markings. These Bettas are also unique in their ability to express almost human-like emotions. They are capable of expressing love to one another, rather than a female choosing a male based on how attractive his fins and colors are. They also express love for their families and Betta Fry, many will grieve when their kin dies.

These truly incredible fish are now being bred more frequently and consistently, and I will be able to adopt them out to loving homes.

Breeding Pass

This breeding pass grants you permission to submit two Bettas for breeding. Produces two babies. If two people want to breed their Bettas, both must have a Breeding Pass. Can be used two (2) times.

School Pass

This allows you to choose the theme, or inspiration, of a school of Bettas. I will still color the school. Though, if you say "fruit," you cannot say "apple, pear, and pineapple" I will still choose the specific Bettas' markings.
