The Great-tusk bearded hoardling, AKA the Chirping hoarder, is a species of carnivora descending directly from Miacidae.
As their name suggests, these creatures hoard things. Specifically, they hoard Stars.
These stars are often, and more commonly, made into accessories or infused into their bodies. In other cases, they are allowed to simply orbit the creature.

This is Cygnus. He is our species mascot, and your guide to this world.
His stars are on his chest, but they can appear just about anywhere in the body of a Hoarder.

Chirping Hoarders are relatively large, heavy, and live in all sorts of different terrain.
They primarily feed on bones, fruit, and fish.

Their body is covered in two distinct types of fur; Their main body, covered in soft, long and thinner fur,
And their tail, back legs and facial feathering, made of a thicker, denser, but shorter fur and long feathers.

This facial feathering is the only consistent part of these patches of fur, more often than not, and it's believed
to be used for display, dominance and hierarchy within their groups.

Within these two distinct fur types, it's believed they evolved in these specific areas so these critters
could traverse frozen wastelands with little to no risk of losing their body heat,
seen as they are able to walk solely on their back legs, using their tail as a counterweight.

Their original habitats trace back all the way to South America, where they were first found.
Their primary, preferred nesting spots are atop the massive canopy of the Amazonian trees. Despite their size,
and the fact they often carry entire stars, these creatures are very light on their feet, and can use their stars
to their advantage as a kind of anti-gravity tool.

that are at least 2 months old to participate instead,
for safety reasons.

it is recommended you have Discord to participate.
This is not a requirement.

☆》You are not allowed to attempt to obtain Hoarders just for fodder,
AKA trading or trying to win them only to trade for something better,
or flipping it for art, other species or Pets/C$.
Further trading rules apply.

☆》Do not go after members to request trades for Hoarders
that they have not specifically advertised being
up for trade.

☆》Do not harass people who have obtained something you wanted.
Furthermore, avoid being pushy regarding the fact you
did not win something from giveaways or events.
It can be seen as guilt-tripping.

☆》Do not harass people in general, actually.
Be kind to others.
