Legends tell of a giant wave that sucked up the forests and cities of Atlantis. In order to save the city, the people of Atlantis were said to have been saved by a mythical creature as strong as a horse but as gentle as as the most loyal of canines. This allowed for the people to survive the catastrophic event, the creatures bringing them to shore on what would be the continent of North America. Soon after the creatures would disappear, only being recognized through living memories and tales spoken around firelight.

Eventually, even those who remembered them passed on, their story being replaced with others more enticing and the wonder of Atlantis twisting into something completely different.

Koshei dragons most often or naught live in packs up to three or more. these packs are referred to as families, as a family of kosheis are normally comprised of a mated pair and their children, or a group of siblings, or even, a group of Kosheis traveling as multiple mated pairs or just as a friendship group. Its also commonly seen for a family of Koshei's to be a poly mated family with three or more romantic relationships. These dragons are VERY family oriented and will mate for life. They will possibly add more mates to their group, but Koshei's generally stay in a mateship for the rest of their lives, so each adult koshei must choose very wisely.

This species is very highly intelligent and can sometimes, learn human language if exposed to society for a long enough time. While this species does have an underwater language closer to the calls of groups of sperm whales, they typically choose to speak the human languages if speaking out of water.

A baby Koshei is referred to as a "Guppy", they are about the size of a Jack Russell terrier and will stay that way for close to 150 years. The average span for a baby is 150 years, teen is 300 years and Adulthood is 500 years, and an elder is up to 400 years. An average Koshei in the wild is known to live up to 900 years, and in captivity the lifespan decreases by 400 years due to the stress of being held in captivity.

A Koshei's orb is it's entire soul. The color of the ORB matches' it's tongue, eyes and paw pads, and allows you to know what natural magic they align with.

Red - Fire (common):

Those with red orbs and features are typically Koshei dragons with ancestors frequently living near underwater volcanos. They are able to heat the water surrounding themselves past a boiling point and are resistant to extreme temperatures.

Blue - Water/Ice (common):

Those with blue orbs are commonly found near arctic and secluded waters. While their orbs are mainly considered featuring water, he magic portion of this coloration allows them to freeze water past a freezing point as well as freeze water in the air in particularly powerful dragons. These dragons are resistant to freezing temperatures and their skin is as thick as blubber.

Green - Plantlife (common)

Dragons with green orb and features are mostly found near forest lakes and freshwater lagoons. Their green power allows them to control the plantlife of the forest, allowing them to be able to conceal and hide their whereabouts from predators and humans. It also gives the dragons a camoflouge ability to allow them to blen in with the trees and shrubs if needed to.


Yellow - Electricity (uncommon)

Those with yellow features are a newer dragon subspecies that were found near nuclear powerplants, specifically water sources near said cooling chambers. These dragons are able to use electricity from their own bodies and attract storms. They are resistant to be electrocuted and are typically not recommended to socialize with other dragon types due to it's unstable nature.

Orange - Earth (uncommon)

Kosheis with the orange features are found in mountain springs, their connection to rocky formations allowing them the ability to hold immense strength as powerful as a Clydesdale horse. In order to find new springs to commune at, these dragons will use their immense strength and orange abilities to drill holes into the mountain in order to find a fresh spring. These dragons are the only dragons that mostly live outside of water.


Purple - Poison (uncommon)

These dragons are often found in murky bogs and swampy wetlands. Their purple features are a tell that these dragons are some might need to stay away from, as they are extremely toxic. Their saliva, mucus, and blood is extremely venomous, These dragons able to kill a full-grown crocodile within 2 minutes with it's toxicity alone. But with these abilities, these dragons are immune to all poisons and toxic substances, actually finding venomous animals and plants to be quite tasty.

Pink - Mind (rare)

Pink orbs are...tricky. A bit rarer then the other natural orbs, these Dragons are able to control and manipulate anything having to do with the mind. Mind control? check. Seducing magic? check. Mind reading? double check. Basically anything having to do with manipulating, seeing and controlling the thoughts of others. Unlike the rest of the orb variants, these dragons can literally pop up in any pod in any secition of the world as a random mutation.

Black - Death / Destruction (legendary)

These Orbs are extremely rare. Those with black orbs are often loners, a complete detachment from their regular instincts. These dragons are able to detroy anything they touch on a whim, as well as talk to spirits. This orb color is not inheritable.

White - Life (legendary)

As an opposite to the black orb, this orb can resurrect life and heal others. This orb color is not inheritable

Unknown as of now, unless specified in a special event this orb is not obtainable by any means.

A mated pair of Kosheis are usually able to lay three eggs per year. Kosheis are all born with both male and female reproductive abilities, some dragons may be more masculine or feminine then others, but all of them are born with a carrying pouch that can lay up to five eggs in one year.

The 'Dame' will lay the eggs through the pouch and the sire will father the eggs using the myst that streams from the angler orb. The same applies if there are three or more parents, in which one Koshei lays the eggs and the sires use their orbs to fertilize the eggs. Eggs typically take 3 months to hatch, and the parents take turns incubating the eggs in each others pouches for those three months, further bonding with the child and each other.

Number of parents allowed: 2-4

Breedings Per mated pairs/groups: 6 breedings per dragon (+3 bonus breedings if bred with the same mates through all prior slots)

Guppy Traits:

Guppies can inherit any of their parent's traits as long as said parents has the trait in their trait list. Traits are rolled in order to be inherited. The same trait m.ay be rolled several times if more then one parents has the same trait (ex: 2 parents have vr long hair, guppy rolls for it twice)
