Blooming for only one week of the year, the Winter Harmony flower is a rare sight to behold. This priceless flower grows naturally in only the most remote polar regions, making it near impossible to find one in the wild. A festival is held each year to celebrate the beautiful plant that signals the approaching winter months, and it lasts for as long as the flower is in bloom.

But wait! The flower is missing! Someone must have stolen it! Will you help find the Winter Harmony flower before it wilts?

Prizes are released in batches daily from 12/03 - 12/06.
Each prize costs a specified amount of tokens. To claim
a prize, you must have the amount of tokens required
at the time of your posting. There is no limit to the
amount of prizes that can be claimed by one user.

Any unclaimed prizes will be sent to the Pound at the
end of the event on 12/09.

contest. The winners will have their clothing items featured
in the new Boutique until January as a limited apparel item.

Rules and How-To:
1. Each user is permitted one item submission.
2. The submission must be in the form of a wearable item.
3. The submission must be pixel art and sized to fit an adopt.
4. The submission must have a transparent background.
5. Items can be exclusive to only one species or to multiple.
6. Items must be event, winter, or holiday themed.
7. There are no set amount of winners to be chosen.
8. The submission does not have to be drawn over PS lines,
but lines can be provided upon request.
9. Items cannot be made for BFL lines.
10. The winners will get 1,000 Credits, 10 Snowflakes, 5 copies
of their submission for their own use, and their submission
made into an official PS item.

How to play:
This game progresses as the event goes on! All information
gathered by players is stored here for everyone to reference.

Start by searching for clues. Clues can earn you tokens,
or lead you to potential suspects and witnesses.

Once you have encountered an interviewable character, you
can decide to follow or question them.

Following should only be used on suspects, where as questioning
can be used on anyone. Choose wisely; using the wrong option may
end your turn prematurely.

After you have completed the chosen action with the
encountered character, your turn will end. You can go again
by searching for clues.

Once a list of witnesses and suspects has been compiled, piece
together information alone or with a team to determine who
the thief is and retrieve the Winter Harmony flower.

The thief will be revealed on 12/08 and all players who guessed
correctly will win an event prize bundle. All others who
participated will win Snowflakes to use for prize trade-ins.

Things to remember:
1. You may post a "search for clues" form once every hour.
However, if you have more than one form pending
before replies are posted, only one can result in an NPC
interaction. The rest will roll for Snowflakes or no prize.

2. You have a 1/5 chance of encountering an NPC, a 2/5
chance of Snowflakes, and 2/5 chance of no prize.

3. Consult the witness and suspect list after every reply
post to keep up to date on clues and character information.

4. There is one character who is the thief. All guesses as to
who it is must be placed no later than 12/07. You can make
your guess at any point in the event, even if information is
still hidden.

5. Each guess doubles as a raffle ticket towards that particular
adopt. The raffles will be drawn and owners of the suspects
announced after the thief is revealed.
