Death
It's not as though he doesn't see it coming in others, in fact after living for the time he has he can almost sense it looming over others as it draws near to them. He can see it in their eyes and it scares him out of his wits. Not so much that he thinks that he too will one day die, nor does he greatly fear his own death- while he is uncomfortable thinking about it- he fears others dying on him more. People he's close to, people he loves- they all die eventually but nothing scares him more than the thought of loosing them- even though he knows he will. Igneel finds that coping with this is more difficult than it seems, however he finds his best method is keeping in mind the time they have together, not the time they don't.
Water
Again, Igneel absolutely detests water. He feels that if one thing will kill him, it'll be a large body of water or the end of the world- whatever comes first. Being a beast of fire- he has a particular fear of water that he simply cannot shake. He doesn't fear small portions of water, such as a glass or bowl- but he has a definite fear of lakes, rivers and streams- when confronted with such things he's absolutely thrilled that he can just fly over them and not have to swim or boat across instead. Because of his fear of water he has a deep hatred for the myth of the River Styx and other such tales.
Change
Another thing Igneel knows is inevitable- but he still can't help but feel fear towards it. After all death and water are changes- continents rising and falling into water and the extinction of populations. Igneel is incredibly uncomfortable with change as a whole, however he does understand there can be positive change. He knows things can't remain the same forever, especially having lived the life he was given- however like all living things he fears the inevitability and unaltered course of change.
