♥ the Arrow Jewel, will be on some Simas and considered rare. you may make three
Simas with the arrow jewel and must make 3 Simas with different jewels between one
another. the colors can range from red, pink to purple and must be in those shades and
no other color.
♥ you may not give out any MYOs this year.
♥ you, as staff, are responsible for making sure community members don't post too many
tickets during the event.
♥ staff are also responsible for ensuring there aren't too many rarity imbalances in edits:

- ♥ post Sima parents with a link to their official archive page! non-sima parents
are okay too.
♥ community members & staff may only post 3 orphan tickets during the event.
♥ 2/8/2020 -- When you post a ticket, like in the nursery, you must wait for 1 round of slots to open and close before posting again for another ticket!
♥ despite the 3 tickets, due to the chance of twins, you can keep 4 orphans this month.
♥ you don't have to own Simas to participate in this event.
♥ do not post a ticket unless an artist opens a slot!
♥ if there is suspected bias, report it to Glispa, ravemn or corviidae and tell us what's going on
and we will look into it. we will be watching for it as well.
♥ if you do not know who to ask about for available Sima parents, you may use our mascot,
Seed, as a placeholder.

- - for every 4 kits/simas you make, you may grant the next kit 2 rare edits max.
- for every 3 simas you make, you may make a kit with an arrow jewel. use blue limited rarity color
for the rarity bar.
- every kit can have up to 2-4 edits max, common or uncommon.
- jewels dont count toward general max edits, but still keep your rarity awareness.
- no legendary or mythical kits are permitted.
- twin roll: 1-10 out of 100.
