Artist Rules

• Must make their own breeding/custom request thread (NOT on the oekaki) which will be linked in the Hatchery Artist Directory and Custom Artist Directory posts.
  
• Must post in the Custom thread whenever you have slots open and should edit the post when the slots have been filled. Each time you open slots, you should make a new post in the Custom thread (even if you must double post or more).
• Must complete an order within 2 weeks of accepting it, or the requester is free to go to a different artist.
• Must communicate with requesters throughout the design process to ensure you are meeting their order to the proper standard, including sending WIP screenshots if requested.
• Must create all customs in the Custom Hekund thread.
• Must number all customs in order according to the custom number convention of C# (EX: C1, C24, C113, etc).
• May not make your own forms to be filled out, must use the form on the Custom thread.

Custom Rules

• Do not ask for a custom (other than your Free Founder). Customs must be won in contests or earned through completing tasks, turning them in for Moni, and buying them.
  
• Wait for an artist to open custom slots and go to their request thread to post your order form. Do not post your forms in the Custom thread.
• If the artist has not completed your custom within 2 weeks of accepting it and you wish to change your order to a different artist, you must first notify the current artist either in their thread or through PM that you are requesting a new artist so they know not to work/continue work on your order.
• You may only claim your Free Founder once. If you retire, trade, or gift your Free Founder you may not claim another.
