Marcel is what use to be, a trackers dream. He could smell anything from anywhich way, and any time you asked him, he was smart enough to tell you or show you somehow. But when one day, he was tracking with his owner right behind him when the animal he was tracking, [a boar], came out of no where and barreled into him, slashing up his face so bad that his hearing was messed up so much, it wasent fixable without making a whole new dog. So his owner ended up getting his skin re-done, but he has to live with smelling nothing but something directly in frount of him for the rest of his life. The scientists said that it could maybe come back today, but it is very rare and prob. wont happen at all.

Monotonous had not been expecting the sudden blast, he watched as each and every one of the humans died when the bomb hit the small village. He had been smart enough to run off into the woods the day before, he watched as a human ran from the village, fire spreading through his body, burning him into bits. Monotonous watched as the human collapsed and burned up, leaving nothing but a pile of bones that were still on fire. This had all happened in a moment, and Monotonous just sat there watching, not caring if they died. The fresh scars on his fur marked the time when they had attacked him, trying to drive him away from their village. There was one thing that damaged him most though, they had ruined his right eye, nothing but a milky substance, he wanted revenge.
