The GrelifcentAgency, Meadowdale Herd Roundup (URGENT MISSION)

Hello! This is a mail being sent to the whole Grelifcent Community!
We've been contacted by a town called by Meadowdale.
They've asked for "The Grelifcent Agency" to
come do a Roundup on Grelifcents.
A Herd has explored their land and has been
growing over the years. They've decided that it's time
to have them cleared as it's beginning to be unsafe
for both the Grelifcents and the Folks of the Town.

So the Agency has gathered a team, that'll be doing
roundups everyday. We'll be Rounding up Grelifcents
by Bands. However, it isn't possible for us to hold this
many, let alone being untamed and untouched except for the
Grelifcents that keep roaming the streets. We ask for the community
to help by adopting and taking in any that we can send over.
There is no knowing what we capture and what you'll get.
We're just going to go out, round them up,
and have them ready in Trailers to go.

There will be Adoption Fees Applied,
however there are tasks you must complete.
There are penalties if you do not take care of
the Grelifcents you've taken in! So please do
swing by and we'll guide you through every step of the way!

They're broken down into bands of 5-10.
They'll be captured by Bands

The Easy Rank with fewest Tasks, least Achievements
and can't enter any of the Roundup Competitions!

Rank 1-4;
Will have Competitions they must enter!
If a user has adopted a Roundup Grelifcent, they've agreed to care
for this Grelifcent Fully! A Grelifcent will be unable to
breed, be traded/sold/gifted, until it's been Tamed & Trained.
The higher the rank, the more the tasks to complete!
Rank 4 & 5 have almost the same tasks, almost all of the same
achievements Rewards.

Each Rank has tasks.
Rank 1 being the least to Rank 4 & 5 being the hardest!
You'll find Task info located in each color in post under this one
above the first post!

Competitions
Competitions will be judged based on how many
complete tasks, and daily tasks
that you've completed!
There will be Competitions for
Rank 1 will not be taking part in any competitions!
Rank 2 & 3 will be done the same day once per week
Rank 4 & 5 will be done the same day once per week
There will be a Competition Each Friday for 6 weeks
after the first Competition.

You'll be able to purchase a Wild Animal Companion Permit
in which opens tasks you must complete within 2 weeks of purchasing the permit.
If the tasks are failed to be complete in 2 weeks the
Wild Animal will run away and the permit will be taken away.
This item is not refundable as you've failed to do the tasks!
When you make this purchase, you are agreeing to complete the tasks!

- If things are going slow, please be patient, I know
I don't need to tell you guys this as it seems everyone
has been very patient with this species, and I appreciate it!

- Please, PLEASE complete at least every Taming Task.

- Do not collect more than 1 if you do not plan on
completing the tasks.

- I made the tasks as simple and short as I could,
so try your best to finish!

- I've spent literal endless hours planning this event,
I think others should be able to complete
50-100 word stories!

- If you happen to not be attached to the Grel you get,
still put the effort to complete, as I will allow trading
after the entire event is over.

- When recoloring the same lines used
another time, just be sure it matches up
well with the task, story, and never reuse
the same art on the same Grel!!!

- DO NOT copy and paste reusing the same
stories you've used for other Grelifcents!
You will earn a warning and if warned 3 times during
"this" event, you will be unable to adopt
from this current event!

- It is NOT against the rules, to extend
your story. If you're a big writer just don't go
like 300-500 words per story.

- The
Guidelines

- You must create 3 Grelifcents,
per Grelifcent that you keep!

- Use common colors for ear fluff/eyes/hooves

- Be sure that each user applying has 0 Feral.

- Feral may be removed, only when every
Taming Task is complete that's required
for that Grelifcent's Rank!

- Be sure that each user has 2 or less Grelifcents,
that are untrained.

- Be sure you are able to keep every Adopt's Page
up to date.

- You may create Grelifcents ahead of time,
then PM me that you've got one ready for a band.
You'll be told when you can post it and with what band.

- Each Grelifcent has an adoption fee, except for First
Rank 1, then their 2nd Freebie being a Rank 2. After
that they must pay the Adoption Fee!

- ARTISTS HAVE THE RIGHT, for this event to
pick a fee based on the preset price!!!

- Artist pick height, gender, kindness, tails
and the number of Captured Souls.
Each Rank has a set number to number allowed
to be used.

- Artists are allowed to ask for Grel Tokens
CS Tokens, C$, Any CS Pets, I'd just avoid
List pets unless Rank 4 & 5, and it's a low Advent.

- If any artists asks for Tokens, and that is what
the payment was, please let me know how much.

- For the Roundup stick to realistic coats.
If stripes or ends of fluff are colored unrealistic
coloring, that is perfectly fine just not to many.

- DO NOT release any solid/pure colors!
Solid/Pure can only be done by me!

- Do not change the color of the skull,
unless you are literally only changing the shade
properly from just lighter or darker. Stick within
beige to lighter brown colors/shades. Must contact me
if you'd like to do 2 toned skulls. I'd prefer these
only being done by my official artists.

Guidelines for Members & Artists!

Member Guidelines

Adopting

- You get 2 Free Roundup Grelifcents, and you must pay the fees for any others that you want to adopt.
You get a Rank 1, then a Rank 2 once you've complete all Tasks. You may only apply for 1 at a time, when
applying for your free Grel. If you do not get that one, you may then apply for another.
- You are allowed to adopt a higher rank, and skip the free ones and go back to them later.
- You may own 2 Untrained, and 1 Feral/Untamed. You must complete all tasks of at least one of the 3,
in order to adopt more. I higher recommend not hoarding, and just trying to complete 1 by 1 rather than.
- You may not have more than 1 Feral/Untamed.
- To apply, you must sign the form on the Grels page, and pay the Adoption Fee (if not your Free R1/R2 claim)

Entering a Competition

- Your Grelifcent will be entered in the Competition he/she was created before.
If you adopted under a week before the next, and are unable to complete every task,
you may only enter in the next competition but not any that are 3 weeks ahead. (except for
the first competition month from date event opened.)
- There will be prizes to obtain from the Competition, not only the rewards/achievements you get
with your Grelifcent!

Achievements & Rewards

- Each Rank has set Tasks & Achievement rewards.
- Each Rank has Badge(s) to obtain when completing a set of tasks.
- Read each Rank's list of prizes to know what you'll be getting.
- Lower Rank's don't get as much as Ranks 4 & 5.
- Badges will be moved to the Main Roundup & Rescue Event Page, after the event is completely over!
- Badges will stack from every Roundup & Rescue Events you attend. These will show others how much
effort you put into your Grelifcents!
- Each Grelifcent will get a Trailer, but after Every Task is complete.

Completing Tasks

- Please Label each story, you may part them by Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, if one that requires multiple day care.
- Please label every Task in general as it is on it's task list!
- You may post them all in 1 post, or you may post them in their own posts, just keep things neat.
- The neater the posts the better for artists to keep track of your work.
- All Tasks are posted in 2nd post of each Rank!
- Try and not make each story to long, as there will be loads to judge for every Grel total.

Tasks & Point System

- Each Rank will be judged against their own Rank. Ranks 2 & 3 will be judged
the same day while Ranks 4 & 5 will be judged the same day.
- Tasks Complete with Story +1 Point
- Tasks Complete with Art +2 Points
- Task Complete with Story + Art for same Task +5 Points

Tasks with Art

- You can reuse lines you've already created for other Grels to complete their tasks.
- If you don't think you can draw them, you may ask another member if you can use their lines.
Please be very polite, as it is their work that they did. If you can't find any who will let you use their
lines, then you may hire someone and just reuse those lines.
- If you have line-art that you'd like to be public for all to use to complete their tasks please PM me for it
to be posted for everyone to see on this event thread!
- If you prefer someone pays a small fee, or to PM or post personally, please do make it clear on your Line Art
Post.
- You may do head shot if it's for taming and you're petting the Grelifcent. However you MUST include full head
down to it's shoulders/withers! Meaning must go a little past the Mane/Neck.

Artist Guidelines

Creating Adopts

- You may create any time just save in files and PM me so I can assign you an ID and Band.
- Do not post until You've been assigned an ID & Band.
- You may PM me and ask about Bands you can be assigned you and you then may create and post saved.
- You do not need to create one first then PM, can just ask about the next Band and just be prepared.
- There are 7 artists total, so I assume there will be some reserved, but you must be able to post it as soon
as possible otherwise just have a later ID and Band.
- Do not post any from another Band until it's Band is ready to create.
- When you post the adopt, it must be hidden with the front background that covers the Grelifcent.
- When you post the adopt, the Trailer must be completed, and a part of the cover.
- Trailers will ONLY be given out when every task is complete (excluding paid for tasks or bonus tasks)

How to work the Achievements and Tasks

- If somebody hasn't completed a single task for 3 days you may PM them.
- If somebody is not labeling you may PM them to fix it.
- When a task is complete, add the achieved Item to the Grelifcent.
- Try and add the achievement items before the coming competition

Achievement Items

- Fence - When Started Taming you may add the fence
- Painted Fence - The user gets to pick the color of the fence when they've
introduced their Grelifcent to a herd.
- Halter - When started Training, the user may pick the halter color
- Booties - When completed Ground Work, they may pick the halter color
- Tack - when fully trained, They get the Meadowdale Tack
(not the other set they're labeled) and they may pick the tack color
- Blanket - when fully trained, they can pick the color.
- Companion - Only for Ranks 3, 4 and 5. They must purchase the Permit,
then you may add any Companion YOU find best match. The Member doesn't get to pick,
as this wouldn't make any sense to the reality of this event!
- Trailer - When every task of the Grelifcent's Rank if complete.
You post the Grelifcent's Trailer as the cover. When adopted, the Trailer is hidden until,
they've completed every task. If they want to view it for art purposes, that's okay but it must not stay up,
until they've completed every task. The trailer is the only thing that's precolored by artist's choice.
The higher the Rank the Fancier the patterns and colors. Lower Ranks are easier to obtain, so the trailer
will have less to it than the higher rank Trailers. After every task is complete you may post a color in of the trailer.

Forms for Artist Usage!

- Artist Pick Heights.
- Artist Pick Kindness Level with set numbers given number to number.
- Artist Pick Gender (They have set % please remove everything but Mare or Stallion.)
- Artist Pick Tail amount given (remember 1 is Common, 0 or 2 is Uncommon, 3 is Rare, 4 is Very Rare.)
- Artist Pick Captured Soul Number, don't forget to pick 1 number between range, don't leave number to number up.
- Don't forget to keep the Grelifcent covered with Front BG & Trailer until after Adoption Complete! No Peaks!
- Leave [Feral] until adopter has complete every listed Taming Task for that Rank
