okay, so, i've not been connecting very well with my girl Shannon & i thought that i should put her up for adoption so somebody else will love her. anybody can enter this competition & it'll end february 11th. so a week & a day. one extension is allowed & it'll only be up to two days for it, so use your time wisely. there are two prompts, choose one below, but know that i'll be taking a liking to the forms that are using the first prompt instead of the second. prettying up is allowed & is encouraged

what kind of relationship does this kal
have with one of mine?:

they say you never get over your first love, and for rosie, maybe that was true.
she met quinn nearly immediately after she ran away from home, barely 18 and
scared to death. quinn saw a bit of the same fear in rosie's eyes, and took her in.

it took rosie a while to open up to quinn. she was patient with her; they got
tattoos together and ear piercings and quinn frequently took rosie out to
mcdonald's because quinn couldn't get over the smile on her face everytime
she had a hamburger, and the stifled giggles when she admitted she'd never
been to mcdonald's before she met quinn.

the night quinn kissed her was the night rosie opened up. she poured her
heart out to quinn, telling her everything from her past, and quinn held her
while she cried. it was a strangely perfect moment, like seeing light
shining through shattered glass. rosie was beautiful when she cried.

but like robert frost says, nothing gold can stay and rosie started showing
her immaturity in the relationship. she had never had one before, and
quinn got increasingly frustrated by her inability to do anything. rosie's
background in the cult she grew up in meant she was doe-eyed about the
world, a trait once admired by quinn became her greatest annoyance.
her laugh became grating and her excitement about mcdonald's became
gluttony and her feet up on quinn's dash became just another distraction
in her busy life. she couldn't even understand who she fell in love with.
finally one night everything broke and rosie slipped away in the night.

she still thinks about quinn, often, mostly when she finds herself alone.
quinn was her first friend, her first love, and she had irrevocably driven
her away. rosie has slipped down a dark path; she is closed off now, and
finds herself partying, drinking, and smoking away her sorrows. but,
late at night, when everything seems to go quiet and she can finally
hear the thoughts inside her head, she only has one thing on her
mind.

who was/is the biggest influence on their life?: Elvis! This kal is a hard-rockin’ greaser who LOVES old school music- As Rlvis really revolutionized “rock and roll” and counterculture. Bonnie has now become somewhat of a traveling roadie with her friends- who have all started a sort of niche band. They likely end up at the woodstock festival. Bonnie learns guitar and is currently working on her vocal range and dance moves! She takes huge inspiration from Elvis and other singers of the time but still tries to be her own kal.
