Why can't they sleep?
Because she always sees colorful lights out her window. She suspects the lights are aliens, because she lives in the forest, with no neighbors but the forest itself. But, every time she opens her window to see what it is, the colors stop flashing, and everything goes silent. Some nights, she can even faintly hear voices.

Why can't they sleep? She's too busy at work to sleep! She's a doctor and her clinic is always bustling, she doesn't have time to rest! The poor thing can barely stand by the end of the week!

Why can't they sleep? Anastasia is one to usually stay up late, working on her glow products. She makes everything from glow sticks to little glow up jars, which is given to friends or sold online. She tends to stay up in a room with different colored lights on while listening to loud music. Because of this she and her neighbors both have sleeping problems.

Why can't they sleep?
The sounds of the night can be quite distracting got those more in the curious side, craving some kind of, adventure so to speak. The male was always into more of the horror side of things, and will often assume that the noises are associated with those kind of things. He isn't afraid of them, no, he actually will get up and look got what was making the noise, but if he fails to find the source, his imagination runs wild and scenarios fly through his head, making it impossible got him to fall asleep.

Why can't they sleep? This Songrem will always give the excuse that it was the loud television that prevented her from getting the beauty sleep that she deserves. What it really is though is that she has a really bad tendency to remember that "one really embarrassing moment" that everybody has playing over and over in her head. She can't help it, of course. It's just where her train of thought goes. Aria thinks 24/7 but she likes to say that she is an "active night thinker" and is always coming up with scenarios in her head that aren't real and getting very anxious, thus preventing her from falling asleep. It's more of a curse really, that a tiny mistake maybe a week ago, a month, or even years ago could still float back in their mind.

Of course, she isn't going to tell anybody that though. She'd rather have everybody believe that she has to have dead silence when sleeping rather than admit the truth.
