What does the frog-python dog want?:
"May I have your eyes?"
"!!!"
"Ah! Please, don't run away! I phrased that wrong, forgive me."
"If I could borrow your attention for just a moment; your height will be of advantage to me."
"You see, I'm no ordinary frog. And you; you're no ordanary... You. I can tell!"
"..."
"You mean to tell me there's not multiples of you in the world? How bizarre! What sort of mystical creature are you?"
"Anyways, if you could just reach that swamp-apple up there for me near the horde of gouls then-"
"??! !!! ...! !!"
"Gasp!"
"How rude! Perhaps I should take your eyes, you lily-liver! My mother was but the most beautiful tode, and just because you think that getting the swamp-apple is dangerous doesn't mean it doesn't have purpose!"
"..."
"...?"
"Why, I'm glad you asked why I need it!"
"Darling, you're aware of curses correct? Well, my late father - may the pits of doom torment him so - had quite a few admierers, python dogs and others alike."
"...~?"
"Sigh."
"Yes yes, a 'player' of quite the renowned quality in afraid - very few could resist his charms, and for quite the foul reason too..."
"He was a man of magic, and with it he forced those around him to be attracted wether their hearts felt love or not."
"!!!"
"Aye, he was a fiend of a dog; lowest of the low."
"Beside that, my mother - ah what a lovely tode she was, and a princess to boot! - feel deep in love with him and like those before her she fell for his charms. Because of her looks though my father was disgusted and turned away her advances. Feeling sorry for herself she stumbled upon another witch - bore far nicer than my father ever was."
"She granted a single wish to my mother - she would take on the form of a beautiful python dog and woo my fiend of a father. The witch told her to eat one swamp apple from the tree and in the morning she would wake as beautiful as the sky."
"Magic however, always comes with a price."
"..-! !!! ..."
"Yes it was quite sad - once her first pup was born, she would no longer be able to become a python dog. That was her price."
"... sometimes I regret I was born, but then I remember that it's all that mans fault she felt the need to have a pup in the first place."
"Learn well; if the mate you have guilts you into having a child then they're not the one for you."
"..."
"You're welcome."
"Now, my father was inraged and threw the two of us frogs away, disgusted that he had married my mother and had me. We were lucky I'd say, and just recently I found that maybe the swamp-apple can reverse the magic so myself and my mom can be Python Dogs again!"
"... ..."
"Yes it may sound far-fetched but I need to at least try my plan."
"So, my dear friend, will you help me?"
"..."
"No? What do you mean no? I spilled my guts here and you won't even help me? How selfish! You're a fool! Heartless! Brutish thing!"
"...-!"
"Ah shoot, the gig is up I guess... Yeah I lied kid, what did ya expect?"
"You're too trustin; I could shift without the apple."
"'!!!"
"Why'd I lie? Why, I wanted to play with you a little."
"It's a shame you didn't fall for it."
