mmm here is another custom lined + edited python dog! They are a witch, meaning they do have magic and have skill with potions! They also have an optional item sketch that I have hidden which I can line if wanted!

Atalante quite enjoys making metamorphosis potions! These are usually made with the intentions of experimenting before being sold or personally used. She admires insects and use tiny bits of the potions to speed up the cycle of transformation.
The timing, mixing, and overall development of the potions is very very touchy, so it takes a lot of diligence to make sure it works correctly.

---They don't really think anything of it. It's only weird when they're around Normals. Generations and generations before them were witches and magical creatures, it's not like this was a random gift bestowed upon them.
---Because they have this power, Atalante makes it their personal duty to cause as little harm to others as possible. Everything sold by them comes with a disclaimer, verbal instructions, and a note to avoid liability. Don't come blaming them for the misuse of vials. Another payment will be needed for reversal of effects.

---Atalante comes off as the stoic type when you first meet. They're very responsible and take on a business kind of attitude a majority of the time. After being around them for a while, however, you'll find the they are quite chatty and overall sociable! They love sharing their knowledge and hearing about other people's lives and interests. They try to make talking as comfortable as possible, so they may act quite goofy to catch someone's attention.
---When not around others Atalante is very musical. They hum while completing their tasks and tap their claws against anything and everything for a nice rhythm. They have a very wide taste in music and will cha-cha their way around the house to just about anything!

---Atalante tends to mix various potions and odd liquids most of the time. Some of her other favorites are growth elixirs to help aid with her plants at home. Coming and going in search for ingredients is quite the chore, so they have a section of their home filled with bountiful plants. They have it organized with rows, despite it looking like a massive tangle.

---The religious aspect of witchery is extremely important to Atalante. She has small shrines outside her home for each of the deities she prays to. She makes sure to pay her respects to the influence they have in her practice. They affect nearly ever aspect of her life in some way.

---They're not especially good with spells, but Atalante likes to practice with them. Many of the ones they're interested in are related to fortune, healing, and protection. She has difficulty with remembering all the steps required, or if they need runes in order to work. They hope to be marginally better as they casually practice. She does know how to accurately perform a few hexes, taught to her by her mothers, but has hardly used them. They have enough sense and stability to not be so easily swayed.

---Atalante's final common activity is raising familiars! But only small ones, such as insects. They just really really love bugs of all kinds. It takes a long time for them to develop and grow into good little companions, but it is certainly worth it. Atalante has a great many and she likes when they just hang out around her. They are all very distinct from each other and she loves them all so much; even if they rely a bit too much on her.

Rosemary enjoys slow life, calm autumn mornings and fresh vegetables. She's a friendly girl and likes helping others, but otherwise she prefers being left alone. Peace and quiet is important when you're performing spells or cooking up potions, and that's what Rosemary likes doing most. She can be a bit snappy and grumpy when her work is interrupted but she tries her best to be a good, loving person.

Beside witchcraft Rosemary likes gardening a lot. She has a small garden in her backyard where she grows vegetables and herbs for cooking and spellwork. Rosemary finds gardening to be very relaxing and calming, so whenever she needs to clear her head she retreats to her vegetable patch.
Rosemary can also be often found walking around in her local forest collecting all kinds of plants for her potions. Nature is a big part of her life so she makes sure to set time aside to just enjoy being amidst the greenery.

Herbal teas with a little twist! Rosemary loves using herbs and plants in her spells, and the easiest way to get the plant's magical properties to good use is to brew it into a tasty tea. In Rosemary's hands a simple morning beverage turns into a happiness-inducing potion with just a few fresh leaves. This is also a good way to perform some subtle magic on other people - no-one will suspect a delicious herb drink.


how do they feel about being a witch/being magic?
Magic and witchcraft has always been a natural part of Rosemary's life. Her mother was a very talented witch and when she was still around she used all kinds of spells and potions in the family's daily life. Rosemary herself knows a large variety of magical skills too, ranging from simple spells to powerful curses, but she prefers to stick to small everyday magic. She believes magic should be used in moderation and only to perform small tasks. Rosemary enjoys magic a lot, but can't help feeling a bit guilty about having this rare privilege. That's why she likes to keep this part of her identity hidden from others.

Sometimes she'll do small spells in secret to make someone's day better. She might enchant neighbours' gardens to produce better crops, slip some lucky leaves in a friend's pocket or perform a protection spell to keep the village children safe from harm. In her little home cottage Rosemary has lots of different potions and spells ready to use just for this purpose.
