CCF are a lupine/foxen creature from far away
who's planet was recently invaded and stolen by a rogue band of
soul stealing rabbits and now take residency here on earth.
They are celestial based devines with powers of elements, strong
talents, and distinctive weaknesses all held within the ring and
charms that float among a glittery mist around their neck.
Charmies are gnerally light weight (70-80lbs) and standing at 3-4
ft tall with slender bodies and thinck, silky fur. They're built for
running and most CCF are cunning, on their toes, and attentive
to their surroundings. With petite paws, larger ears, and slimmed
muzzles, they're often found in colder environments and always on
the move due to a high metabolism rate. All recorded charmies
have been seen as fertile hermaphrodites, however expressing
feminine, masculine, or other tendencies. All are capable of
child birth unless recoreded otherwise. The eyes of charmies
have all been known to stay shut unless in danger and, when
open, appear to always be the same colour of their talent
charm.
It is rare to find Charmies with edits, but should you be able to
domesticate those firecrackers, cherish them.

So I decided, to be more safe about artist admission, I'd host a full competition.
Anyone may enter, yes.
But no offense to anyone, I may be a bit picky lmao.
I'll be taking a total of 6 artists.

Entrants are aloud to do whatever as LONG as they do not create VR+ designs, even if this is just a competition.
NOTE: Neon designs are highly distasteful unless done well. If you KNOW your limitations, then I suggest NOT doing it.
Each charmie made must have it's own unique charms representing a strength, weakness, AND talent.
Talent charms are the colour of the charmie's eyes, so if you edit their eyes open (which I do not recommend unless you feel it nesseccary, remember this colour rule.
