My name is Marsh, and I am a male!I was named after Othniel Charles Marsh, a scientist who coined the name 'Stegosaurus' in 1877. He sais that a stegosaurus's plates laid flat on their backs, like this! But that was really silly, so instead he said that their plates were only one single row. That was wrong too, because real stegosauruses had two rows of plates.
I'm four years old and three quarters!I am a very creative, social parra! I just love to talk! I love cracking jokes, and I specialize in puns! Making people laugh gives me the best feeling! It takes a lot of creativity to come up with good puns, and I just love being creative! I like drawing, designing, and almost anything artistic!I just love to tune out to Art House Director by Broken Social Scene! This song really helps me get my creative juices flowing!I love dinosaurs, and sometimes I wish I was one! That's why I styled my hair to look like one!Someday I want to be a fashion designer!I love to draw, I love colors, I love designing, and I love puns! Fashion designing lets me do all of my favorite things at once! Practicing my fashion designs is one of my favorite pasttimes - next to playing with Sterling, and chit-chatting, of course! I get my inspiration from everyday things around me - like my boring pajamas, Halloween costumes, and the bugs that Sterling and I collect! Someday when I'm a world-famous fashion designer, I'm going to take these fashion lines I've made and sell them in my own boutique! I can see it now - dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes (except maybe the REALLY tall ones, they won't fit inside) walking in through the double-wide cave opening, as a perched microraptor squawks upon their entry, like those 'bell' things you silly humans have. Those are just weird.
I first discovered my love for fashion design one night when I was laying in my nest trying to sleep. I was wearing my old, grey and blue striped pajamas, and I couldn't help but think that there should be more exciting, fashionable pajama choices for young humans and dinosaurs. So I made some. The line is called 'StegoSNOREus', and so far it includes the pinacosaurus-inspired 'pajama-cosaurus,' as well as the triceratops-themed nightgown called 'Tricera-nightie.'
Halloween is my all-time favorite holiday! I just love seeing all of the funny, creative costume ideas that everyone comes up with! And I just love brainstorming ideas for my own costume designs! This year, I'm going as a steGHOSTaurus! I already have my costume made! I also designed a bunch of other designs, like the anhanGRRRRRa, designed just for anhangueras! And for the parasaurolophuses around town, the parasauroloPUSS! For the Apatosaurus looking to collect a lot of candy treasures this October, the apatosARRRRRRus! Also, I made a TOURannosaurus Rex costume for the T-rex who's been busy planning for his upcoming trip around the block! Last but not least, the triceraCLOPS, for the triceratops who has his/her eye on the prize this Halloween!
