Just a little background on this charie:
"This is one and a half characters. c: The skelie skull, wings, and the 2 small skulls on the tail is one creature and the blue and white fluff is another. Despite the skull being half dead, he still thinks he's alive as ever. He can speak. The wings are his as well, but the two have come to an understanding so he lets the white creature use his wings. Although the wings are all bones, he can still fly with them due to the magic that brought him back. "I think, therefore I am." The skully can see and hear just fine. Although I doubt he can taste or eat. :T
