Is it allowed to use line arts / bases to draw them? I thought it was just based on drawing the design so this wouldn't matter but I thought I would just check ^^

I'd imagine, seeing as she wants the new owner to draw her instead of just hoarding her that you'd have to also draw it yourself

I would think that just coloring would be fine, but it would probably be a good idea to make at least one completely by yourself.
