What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

I looked at this baby's body design, and immedately thought of a sand dollar <3

People leaving litter on the beach - it's horrible for the wild life and really ruins the whole jolly feeling of the seaside.
++ Personality
Sandy is a perky little girl who will do her best to cheer you up. She is the opposite of what you might call a fair-weather friend, and will stick by you through thick and thin. She selects her friends carefully, and will remain loyal and true to those closest to her.

Name Definition :: Well, my original nationality is Dutch, and in Holland they celebrate Halloween very strongly. My mind resembled this as a pumpkin [slap me if I'm wrong ;_;], which reminds me of Halloween. Therefore I translated Pumpkin Spice [I always loved pumpkin with sugar and spice on Halloween cx] into Dutch, resulting in the name. c:

but I swear there's a connection with this one...

I w i l l be naming this beach blonde Sandy. Sandy is the name of
the main character from Greece but also the name of a
special mutato.
✿W h y ?
S a n d y is what I saw when I looked at this mutato. The name just sorta stuck. It has no real origin, but it is often found on the beach and used to make glass. Sandy is also the name of the lead actress in Greece. I feel like the sound of her voice would match the one from the movie. Sandy is such a simple name, but it can be used to easily describe the beauty and best points of this mutato.

Sandy absolutely hates when people talk in high pitched voices. Some examples might be 'Fred' or Kat from 'Sam and Kat'. However Sandy is not the kind to be rude, and doesn't freak out it just really bothers her when people talk like that.

She is spiritually intense and can sting or charm. Her name brings love and new starts into life and attracts money. In business, she is the creator and promoter of original ideas and usually enjoy considerable financial success. She is bold, independent, inquisitive and interested in research.
