Spring is Here
"Eldemore is a place of beauty and majesty when part of it's continent is coming into spring. Especially the Oriental Isles, where their waters are crystal clear and the cherry blossoms bloom to cover the land in a soft pink blanket. This is also when the Cherry Blossom Elkrin begin to reappear as well, since they are rarely seen during the other seasons. They come in a variety of soft pastel colors and their beautiful pelts are alight with ornate designs and complimentary colors. This type of Elkrin is passive in nature and very family oriented. Many of the stags and does stay together in tight knit groups, rarely separating into other herds, and made up of grandfathers, grandmothers, aunts, uncles, siblings, etc. Sometimes their herds can range from 10-30 family members. What really sets these deer apart are the stags who sport large antlers with blossoms and petals decorating their prongs. The females love a male whose crown looks similar to that of a cherry blossom branch. To see them run while petals strewn about them is one of the many sights that draws enthusiasts to visit the isles during this time. Many riders who favor the gentle beasts as mounts travel far in hopes of one of the Cerry Blossom Elkrins choosing them to be their rider. They are quite slender in appearance and the Orientals value and cherish them each year by throwing a cherry blossom festival to celebrate spring and new life. It seems the festival is going on now as we speak! Excuse me while I go and try some of their famous peach tea. <3"

O-O She's soo pretty
:A Sky of Cherries:
Name:
Ozora
This means 'Cherry Sky' In Japanese. She looks as if her pelt is a sky filled with cherry blossoms, so I wanted her name to reflect that.
Breedable:
Yes, although I will be picky. She is a doe I will not breed out lightly, and if I win, she will already have Ryoko's last breeding slot. She will be very well watched over.
Bearer Infromation:
Kara is a few years younger than Luz, she is 19. She lives on the Oriental Isles, near a cherry blossom orchard. She likes to visit her cousin, so it is no surprise that she argeed to move with her after she found Ozora. She is small, only around 5'5''. She wears a pink blouse with leather pants, and a blue hooded cape (Luz wears a green one). She has red/brown hair that is curled into loose little spirals. Her nose is sharp and pointed, and she has vivid blue eyes. She has really formed a bond with Mizu, so Luz has let Mizu bunk with her. He has also created a bond with Ozora, both valuing the beauty and peace in nature. Kara also has a mixed bloodline, except her bloodline is Dire Warden mixed with Elkrin Rider. Her near-deth experience was falling off of a cliff, nearly drowning, then being rescued by a herd of Seaside Elkrin. Ever since she has dedicated her life to helping the endangered magical species of Eldamore.
Extra:
I sat under the cherry blossom, waiting for my cousin to arrive with the picnic we had planned. I hadn't seen Kara in a long time, so I came to visit her in the oriental Isles. She walked into the clearing with some jelly sandwiches and two bottles of sweet tea. She handed me a bottle, and I took a sip from it. "Mmmnnn... this is delicious! Where'd you get it?"
"Oh, didn't you hear? The Cherry festival is going on, I just walked into a town and stopped at one of the stands. They're all selling sweet tea, holding parades, they even have a traveling herd of Cherry Blossom Elkrin coming to preform a parasol dance. They should be setting up right now, you wanna go see it?"
"Sure, let me just untie Ryoko." WIP
Dropping out

She is so elegant and gorgeous!
Name:
Cerelia
This is Of Latin origin meaning "springtime is here."
Breedable:
Yes, for the right Stag.
Extra:
I felt a slight tickle upon my nose as I droned on in a deep slumber, and it awoke me with a start. I felt towards my face to find a small cherry blossom petal resting delicately on my face. I laid perplexed for a moment, curious as to how the petal had reached my bed. I sat up and looked to the window, seeing one of the panes sitting ajar. Through the glass I saw a mass of pink fluff drifting in the breeze, falling from dozens of cherry blossom trees. I swung my feet out of bed and found the cold floor under my toes, fumbling to escape tangled sheets. I stumbled free and caught hold of the bedside table to balance myself, and found my way to the window, sliding the pane back into place. I felt the chilled glass cause the pads of my fingers to tingle, and the warm breeze brush past my arm. I threw on some shorts and a light pink tee and grabbed some converses, quickly lacing them up tightly on my feet. They were dark blue, and my favorite shoes to wear. I sprinted for the door, and burst into the outdoors with an audacity for adventure.
My mission was simple, but that didn't mean it would be easy. The cherry blossom trees will bloom for about seven days this year, I know this because I can tell through weather observation, and in those seven days, I must find one of the most elusive creatures of Eldemore; the Cherry Blossom Elkrin. I may be a guy, but I fell for their beauty the moment I saw one drawn in the codex of Elkrin breeds. It was listed that they only come out when cherry blossom trees bloomed, but it was also listed that one hasn't been spotted in centuries, and was considered extinct. I wanted to prove them wrong, for such beauty deserved love and attention. I wanted the book to be changed in that I find this magnificent part of nature, the one who welcomes spring. According to the book, they come out during this time because of their somewhat shy nature, as it’s the only time they're able to blend in with their surroundings. They are gentle upon human encounters, and caring for their bonds. It would be my dream to encounter one and be lucky enough to be chosen as a bond.
The petals shone translucently, like silk falling from cocoa brown branches. They caught in my hair, but I was too caught up in my extraordinary excitement to brush them away. The entire earth below the trees was a sheet of pale pink, and petals floated into the air upon each gentle step I took. I sat against one of the trunks to eat breakfast before I got going, but my anxiousness only allowed me to settle for an orange. I inhaled it quickly and stood, looking deeper into the trees. I decided to head in a ways, and then find a good tree to perch in and wait. That way, the Elkrin couldn't detect me, and I could get within a close proximity of them for observation. I was confident I their existence, and ran into the trees, my eager spirit causing my heart to sprint. I found one that was particularly large, with a huge cloud of petals on its branches, and scaled it to find a good place to sit. A large branch stuck out at a ninety-degree angle near the middle of the mass of pink, and sat there with my back against the soft trunk, patiently waiting for what could be the best moment of my life.
I had dozed off, and the next thing I knew, the earth below me was moving as if a sea of color. They were colors of all sorts; blues, greens, black and several shades of gray. The blotches were covered in patterns resembling the branches of a tree, adorned with bright petals resembling those of a cherry blossom. After a moment, my jaw dropped in awe as I realized they were Elkrin, dozens of them swarmed below me. I got onto my stomach and lay down on the branch, letting my arms and legs hang limp. I felt an uncomfortable twinge in my stomach, and shifted my position for an attempt at relief. I lost my balance, and suddenly felt the branch slip out from beneath me. I plummeted towards the ground, facing the sky, unsure of when I would hit the ground. I found earth again with a heavy thud, and all my breath escaped my lungs. Flower petals flew into the air in a huge cloud, and I saw Elkrin bolt in all directions. I squeezed my eyes shut, attempting to avoid the pain. I felt something brush against my forehead, and a warm feeling rushed through my body from that spot, causing the agony to instantly subside. I opened my eyes, and saw the furry blue nose of a small Elkrin doe. I couldn’t believe it; a Cherry Blossom Elkrin had chosen me.
