He's social-awkward in that way, that he will be all hyperactive and crazy no matter how many theres around him.
He's as said; Hyperactive, crazy in a good way, teasy, sweet and kind of weird too. He doesnt really care what people think of him, he would rather be hated for what he is, than loved for what he is not. He laughes really easy, but not at things you shouldnt laugh at.
He's also positive and happy most of the time, and it's very hard to make him angry
