What is an Arctic Runner?

An Arctic Runner is an animal cross a wolf and a red panda. They're soft, long, silky fur helps protect them from the numbing temperatures in the Arctic. Although they are very fluffy and have long fur, they are skilled in water. They're long fur actually helps them swing faster. Arctic Runners can hold their breaths for over 1 hour. Arctic Runners also love to be around water as well as in it.
The Red Panda in them helps them to climb things;; coming out of the water, they can climb up easily onto an ice-berg. The wolf in them helps them to sniff out the scent of prey and also to hear things from miles away. It is very rare, but some even have ram horns. This is not common though! Only one out of 100 Arctic Runners will have ram horns. They also have a variety of ears.
An Arctic Runner's diet contains an amount of other animals such as seals and penguins. Arctic Runners also eat fish.
An Arctic Runner's lifespan is about 140 years. Most of that time they spend raising a family, hunting and having fun.
Arctic Runner's make ideal pets and are very playful. But dark Arctic Runners are usually more grumpy. Brightly coloured ones are the

most playful.

Adikka Was Freezing. Three Days She Had Trudged Throught This Barren, Ice-Burdened Landscape. Three Days She Had Been Alone, WIth No Companion But The Howling Winds And The Distant Mountains. She Must Find A Way Out Of Here; She Must Find The Place Where The Sun Rose And You Felt Its Eminating Heat, And Saw It's Blinding Light. But No, She Must Be Lost In This Frozen Plain. She Had Been Abandoned As A Child, And She Had To Find Her Own Way Out. She Did Belong Here, True. But Inside, She Knew She Must Find The Warmth Of The Summer, Not Live In This Perpetual Winter. It Was Begining To Fall To Night, So She Laid Down On Her Thread-Bare Blanket, Her Last Reminder Of Home, And Slowly Fell Asleep, Dreaming Of The Warmth Of The Sun On Her Face, The Sand In Her Toes. She Sighed, Thinking This Goal Would Be Impossible To Achieve. . . It Isn't.

Personality: Nyfikenhet is an odd boy. His name means Curious, which is curious enough without the fact that he is curiously curious. For example: That box you wouldn't let him see? He just went and peeked inside. The personal letters someone sent you? He read them before you did. The odd parcel in your bag? He's already looked. He's sweet around people, but when no one else is there he'll sneak about, looking at whatever catches his fancy. He wasn't always that way, though.
Story: Nyfik was always a kind little pup. One day, however, everything had changed. Unlike most Arctic Runners, Nyfik's parents were arguing and they planned on leaving each other, one taking one pup, one taking the other. Hearing them fight one day, Nyfik crept up behind them and listened to the conversation. They were angry at each other! Why? Nyfik had to know. He listened in on conversations and asked fellow AR's. As his journey to find out what had happened to his parents lengthened, Nyfik's hunger for information grew greater. Why hadn't they told him, anyways? Soon, he listened to anyone's conversations and stole things to find out what they were. Recognising a problem, he was given to some humans in the hopes that he could be fixed.
