Lazy - Well, that's what he's called. He's not truly lazy, he just loves to sleep because he loves dreaming
introverted - Rae tends to keep his thoughts to himself
Pacifistic - Will avoid fights whenever possible because he doesn't like the thought of hurting someone else
Loyal - Rae will always stick up for his friends, even to the point of breaking his pacifistic views

History/background: Changelings, though once plentiful, are now rare thanks to a man called Cyon who hunts them mercilessly. Raeven has been on the run from Cyon and Co. for only a short time, for he discovered he was a changeling on his sixteenth birthday. And he's only just turned seventeen. He met up with two other Changelings while on the run. A guy named Ash, who could switch into a phoenix, and a girl named Tasha, who could switch into a cat.

"Wake up you lazy bum! We've gotta go, NOW!" Ash's shout was accompanied by a sharp kick to my thigh.
"Owwwww." Was all I could muster at the time. I'd just woken from this great dream where everyone was a Changeling.
"Now! Cyon is only a few miles away!" Came Ash's voice once again, but this time, it was edged with fear. He'd been really tense since the Scarlet Hand picked Tasha up. We were still searching every jail we could to find her, but it was a hopeless prospect. And now Cyon had figured out what we were doing, and had posted guards at all the main jailhouses. Finding Tasha was hopeless, and losing Cyon even more so. Ash and I could FLY, but we couldn't shake Cyon. We hurriedly flipped into our alternate forms and took to the sky, by that time Cyon had almost reached our camp. We flew north for several hours before coming across a massive prison complex. The fence surrounding it was guarded my Nyrocs.
"She's gotta be in there!" Ash shouted, pointing with a talon.
I nodded and we formed a plan; Ash would fly in and try to find her, if he did, he set a fire to distract attention while I flew in and grabbed her. It worked well, Ash came back a few minutes later telling me he'd found her and to get ready. She switched into her cat form once Ash had started the confusion and I was able to grab her easily.
We landed once we were a good thirty miles away. As soon as we set down, Tasha flipped into human form and started talking. "I saw Cyon just before I got grabbed by the Hand, and he's not human!" Needless to say, Ash and I were shocked speechless. "Wha- what do you mean?" Ash finally stumbled out.
"I mean I saw him melt into a shadow and disappear, he's NOT human! As far as I can figure, he's the last of the Rhe-Khai. Which explains why we can't escape him. Rhe-Khai can see what we are whether we're in human form or not. And what's worse, they travel through shadows, meaning they can cross a continent in approximately four nano-seconds. The only way to kill them is with the Book of Light, which was lost eons ago."
"That's encouraging." Ash muttered, and deep down, I had to agree with him it did seem pretty hopeless.
"What next?" I asked quietly.
"We head for the ruins of Balteara Castle, it was the last place the book was seen."
Species(optional): Changeling (His human form is somewhat tall, with shaggy black hair and electric green eyes. He also has two green tattoos on his hands)

Hmm... well actually it doesn't make much difference, or at least not a noticable difference
