^ Since the competition ended in October of last year, roughly 6 months ago, yes I'm afraid they are going to be adopted out another way. They will be adopted out individually as opposed to partnered, and since as far as I can see only one person was partially close to finishing, I think it would be perfectly fair to just open then to the public. Those who tried out before are more than welcome to try out again, and free to used the ideas and art from their original form. :3
