Ugggg.... It looks terrible. Plushie Story: Unknown to her, the plush was made by her grandmother and given to her a few days after she'd hatched. The small aquatic mammal was a gift her grandma had pored the last of her effort into before passing on, in hopes that her grandbaby would grow to love the ocean and the animals that lived there as much as she did. Despite wanting to tell Aria about her life when the child grew old enough to understand her, she knew that she wouldn't be able to, being that dementia was very prevalent in her family history.
Unable to stand the thought of her life fading out of existence without anyone knowing who she was or what she'd done, she set to work on writing down a short summery of her life goals and her adventures involving whale poachers and chasing them down. Her summery became a collection of short stories, long stories, and photographs she'd dug out of the attic. Since everything she'd lived through couldn't fit on the small note she'd planned to hide inside the plush, she collected her thoughts, and hid her story where no one would ever think to look; leaving instructions on where to find her life story along with wishes for her grandchild's future inside a cloth pouch within the whale. Praying that one day the small viscet would become as active in pursuing her dreams as she had been in her youth.
Unfortunately her grandmother's deep connection to the ocean was not passed down to Aria, who is terrified of large bodies of water. However, thanks to her attachment to the small whale and her inability to go anywhere without it, the small viscetling has a deep appreciation for whales and other mammals of the deep. (294/300)
