Neither parent appeared to have a mane edit, aside from the ice mane. The one on Silver's lines just appears to have a regular mane, as it is shaped and flows as a regular mane does. Since you failed to link me to the adoption page, and only linked me to your character page I had no way to know that it was an edited mane, and not just the stylization of Silver's art at the time. Sorry, I will not go back and roll for it because the batch was already finished and also because it was not an over sight on my part.

D.Va Online, I contacted you today to ensure this child was properly rehomed or else it'd go on the Disowned List and be re-homed through the proper channels; not so you could bring up an issue that was settled eons ago and already dealt with by Strudel at the time. So let me restate them since Strudel's reply was missed.

At the time this batch was posted, it wasn't a rule to link to the original parent's page although it was still expected of the individual to link the proper page. Shaded failed to link to the original parent's page and the information page for the Dulce in their character thread does not list their mutations. The mane could have been stylization as each artist varies. The original page that wasn't linked at all (I dug up today the original page to give to strudel to update on here) does say there's a minor mane, however it doesn't look much different than a normal viscet crest and without being listed is easy to assume it's a normal mane. The fault for this batch not being rolled for the minor mane is not Strudel's but rather Shaded's for not providing the correct page, the original viscet's thread. All the staff agreed with the fact that the original page not being provided was an issue, and issues like this one are the reason the rule is in place now.

To everyone affected by my actions and those commenting on it:

I'm sorry. I was half asleep posting the comment I made and I'm sorry. I work a night shift at my work, so I was sleeping in, and when I woke up I was told to contact the owner of this Viscet and saw Shadeds old post. I didn't check to see if the artist had said anything and that's on me. I only wanted to post it in case the front page had to be updated verifying it.

This is entirely my fault and thus, I wanted to apologize. My comment hurt an artist on the artist team, and that wasn't my intent. I hate knowing that I hurt someone's feelings, and I feel horrible, absolutely horrible about it. I plan on taking a break from CS for personal reasons, my job being one of them; I don't want to start my break on a bad note, I want to go out on a good one. I really didn't mean any of this to hurt abyone and I'm so sorry this happened. My intentions were good but not well brought up and out.

I want to make it clear right now that I am in no way responsible for anything said offsite about myself, Shaded, or Mint in any light. I don't post on those horrible blogs, I have been slandered there all too many times in the past and I do not post anything aaying rude things about anyone to participate in cyber bullying. So, coming from me, I beg you to please do not hurt us like that. This is all a big misunderstanding, and none of us deserve to be treated horribly over it.
