Full Warrior Name:
Rosefall
Personality:
Rosefall, in almost a cliché way, is an elegant cat. She prides herself in being ladylike and graceful, never one to trip or swear. She's always seemed to sit back and allow others to sort out their own problems, likely because of her lack of many littermates to grow up and develop social skills with. She isn't very keen on anything involving groups because of this, but will tolerate it and do what needs done. She isn't rude, merely reserved.
Many think she is like her namesake flower: vibrant, passionate, and sharp. This is true to an extent, though of course, Rosefall has more to her than just three traits. Contrary to her outward attitude toward others, she is intensely loyal to her clan above all else. This tends to be a very common trait among clan cats, but Rosefall takes it to a new extreme. Because of her elusive nature, she isn't 'friends' with many of her clanmates, yet would die for any one of them in the span of a heartbeat.
Her suffix, 'fall,' was chosen out of her protectiveness of nearly anything that moves. It signifies that she would be willing to sacrifice herself for many things, whether it is because they mean that much to her or she means that little to herself. It doesn't seem to matter, for she leaves a happy, albeit vaguely overheated, life among her clanmates.
History:
Although it's pretty clear due to her pedigree and somewhat rare coat pattern, Rosefall's mother and father were both kittypets. Her mother, Nightshade, was discovered by Sunshoulder and Bouldernose while the two were hunting. The cat was in obvious distress, crouched on the ground and panting, which prompted Sunshoulder to rush to her aid as Bouldernose ran back to camp, intent on fetching help. Nightshade had been heavily pregnant, and soon stated to Sunshoulder that she had merely strayed to far from home to close to her birthing date. Unable to turn her away, Sunshoulder invited Nightshade into the nursery until she and her kitten were well enough to travel home.
Later that night, Sunshoulder and Bouldernose were woken by the soft mewling of a newborn kitten. Nightshade was curled around a tiny she-kit, pale tawny with exotic red tips. Upon leaning closer, the two could detect the phrase 'You'll be called Rose' murmured, over and over as if the mother expected her kit to repeat it. Knowing what first-time mothers often went through, having raised two kittens of their own, they backed off to wait until help was requested. Nightshade seemed to notice, and flashed a grateful smile as they left.
One week later, Rose was beginning to toddle around almost as quickly as Nightshade was loosing her joy in motherhood. Soon after the birth, she had found herself itching to get away from the attention-demanding ball of fluff and back to her twolegs. Parental life was so clearly not something she was cut out for, and thus, she made the decision to slip away as the clan slept. Although Bouldernose was standing guard when she made her escape, the calico warrior made no move to stop her. Forcing an unloving mother onto a kit would be something awful for Bouldernose, and she instead told her mate about what had happened as soon as she awoke.
Rose, soon renamed Rosekit, did not seem to care about or even remember her mother's disappearance. She grew up just like any kitten, side by side her adopted sister Smallkit and elder brother, Weaselpaw, and under the doting gaze of her two mothers. She never went on to have many friends, but became a well known and well respected member of the clan.

Extra:
For my extra, I will be explaining why I want this cat and why I chose her name, personality, history, ect., the way I did. I rarely see anyone do this when it is not required for the adoption, but I think it would be nice to hear.
I'm going to start off with why I want this cat. Unlike most, this isn't just a 'the kitten is pretty cute' impulse application, the cat looks like she could become a character that holds some emotional attachment for me. On Memorial Day, my girlfriend's cat, Hunter, was hit and killed by a car. Hunter was a fluffy orange tabby with white undersides, and the first pet she had ever lost to death. Hunter started out as a foster kitten, but became such a member of the family that they couldn't let him go. Since this AaGWC bears some resemblance to him, I wish to win her in honor of Hunter's memory.
In a way, the name Rosefall is also related to Hunter's memory, though more to my girlfriend's grief. She blushes a lot, and it's adorable, but for some reason kids bully her about it. They call her 'tomato face.' As soon as she told me this, I rapidly replaced any prior nicknames with 'rose face,' trying to ease off the pressure and hurt of being mocked. This is where the prefix 'Rose' came from, though 'fall' luckily has nothing to do with others. It merely represents how her life merely fell into place, from Nightshade's birth in the camp to her now-joyous life as a warrior, along with her attitude toward clanmates.
Rosefall's personality came from the fact that we just don't have that many 'ladylike' AaGWC characters! I didn't want her to be a 'flat' character, so her reserved nature and ridiculous loyalty was thrown in. Her past has a more intricate explanation. Since the cat is a red-point Maine Coon, which I think is an uncommon pattern in a purebred cat, I figured her ancestry must have been kittypets. I didn't want to kill off her mother, so a simple case of 'mother doesn't want daughter' was implemented to get rid of her.
